Worst vacation rental company that I have experienced!

I had a really bad experience with this company. Primary bedroom bed was broken so we had to sleep downstairs with a shared bathroom even though we specifically booked this place because of the spacious and private top floor main suite. Other issues:
Uncomfortable and limited seating in living area
Dead bug in lights and other places in home
Broken door knob
Excessive outdoor cameras looking over hot tub
Limited and uncomfortable seating on porch
Cracked cabinets in kitchen
Lightbulbs in many places not working
Rotted and wobbly porch railing
Low water pressure
This company's solution was to credit us $10 which is insulting as it was about 0.5% of what we spent so not even 1% credit with all the issues we had. Deplorable business practices. Run far!!!!
