I have been using MEGAMOW for my front and back lawns for some time now and I have to say the service and quality is excellent. I have a small front and back garden with mostly mossy grass but each time they come to cut and strim my lawn they leave it looking amazing.
Their staff are very friendly and polite and work quickly and efficiently to complete the work with no fuss. They also blow any loose grass cuttings and leaves away so my lawn looks wonderfully neat and tidy each time. They also take particular care to neaten up the edges around my flower bed borders and around my garden paths.
This service saves me loads of time and effort, keeping my lawn healthy and looking fantastic! Have recommended to friends and family!

It’s then been brilliant not to have to be out in this cold weather doing the leaves because they see to that too - they turn up as promised each time, are friendly and deliver a great service. Excellent service every time. My regular grass technician Andrew was always friendly, helpful, mowed the lawn to our liking and always moved the pots and trimmed the edges. Service was quick and lawn always looked amazing. Would highly recommend MegaMow to anyone wanting a grass cutting service.

I receive my grass cutting service from mega mow. They are efficient, reliable and get the job done nicely. Also a very easy service to use and communicate well. Highly recommended company.

So disappointed!! Read great reviews on this company so took the plunge and signed up in September. The first cut was great but then it went rapidly downhill. One day they never even arrived for the job! I had to send photos to prove that the grass never got cut!! This week we switched to leaf clearing. Sadly this consists of blowing leaves into flower beds and under hedges, making more mess than before. It should be a great company but the quality of service is patchy and it’s nearly impossible to get problems rectified properly as there is no helpline to call on the day, just an email address. You can wait up to 48 hours for a reply. Look elsewhere!

I will put this service right up there with where I put my subscriptions to Netflix and Spotify. Not exaggerating. I never see them, never hear them and my lawn is just always perfect.

I have an odd shaped, very steeply sloped lawn and it was always a challenge that took a lot of my time but I did it like you have to. I had ankle surgery so hired a local service that was more expensive and never tidy. Had to bin em. MegaMow is waaay better than me ir the other service did.

My garden was so unbelievably overgrown they had to charge me extra on the first cut… but they did such an outstanding job even that felt like a bargain. Like, so good I emailed the gaffer to offer a bonus.

Fast, unobtrusive, and definitely going the extra mile to make sure everything was not only done properly but perfectly.

Customer service is responsive and considerate too. The people visiting you doing the work and the people in the office are all clearly just trying to deliver the very best they can.

I will 100% be continuing with the regular fortnightly service, and wholeheartedly recommend if you’re time-poor or just not that much into mowing you take up this fantastic service at the fantastically cheap price they’re offering.

Having my requests dealt with immediately. Improvements that I needed due to my not being able to be present to explain my not altogether straightforward garden to the gardener were acted upon as soon as possible.
