All good but I though I was receiving…

All good but I though I was receiving the food the next day because the page said if I ordered before 14:00pm I would get it the next day. So I did but the order took two days . Maybe I understood wrong but I was planning around that statement . Otherwise great service .

Didn’t care that order wasn’t delivered

Product was delivered to a filiale 6.5km from my house. DHL never even tried to deliver it to me. When I wrote medpets.de, the customer care agent just copy-pasted where my package was and said if I didn’t pick it up it would be sent back and I would be refunded. Meanwhile I had no medical cat food and had to find a vet nearby who would sell me food. They didn’t care that their main service hadn’t been provided: home delivery of pet supplies. If you don’t care about providing your main service, find another business. You won’t be getting mine again.

We are very sorry that there have been problems with the delivery with DHL.
DHL says that the package could not be delivered to you and the package was delivered to a post office. Until now your packages have always been delivered directly to you.
You had asked us if we could have DHL resend the package to you. Unfortunately we cannot do that. DHL will not resend the package. In these cases you will have to contact DHL directly, but there is no guarantee that the package will be sent again.
We have also informed you that if you do not pick up the package, it will be automatically returned to us.
In such cases you can also ask for a replacement delivery, then we can send you a completely new package.

too late

when I ordered the package , it would be delivered within 24hours , but it took 3 days! :'(
