The equipment was promptly provided
The equipment was promptly provided. I was a bit concerned that it said inside that it was not a medical device, rather contradicting your trading name. I have yet to see how well the syringe works in removing earwax as I have to use the drops for ten days first.

Just the job!

Not quite as the picture would have you believe
Eye mask and pads look as described but the case isn’t big enough to hold both the eye mask and pads and is certainly not as big as what was shown in the photograph online.
Also the outer box was open (maybe to add the extra eye pads?) and arrived squashed as it had only been put in a plastic bag to send in the post. This is a gift for someone who is having eye surgery and it just looks a bit second hand sadly.
