I tried to cancel my subscription 2 hours after signing up due to a medical condition and advice from my physician. However, they refused to refund my money because I entered “personal reasons.” Apparently, that is not an acceptable reason for a refund according to their policy.

There are a wide variety of different meals and plans, some for everyone. I love that these meals are rather easy to prepare so people with all experience levels can apply and adjust them as they need.

I don't understand what some people complain about exactly? The plans are way better than you'd find anywhere and nobody gives you information that deep for free. I have been using this service for the past 4 months and I am more than happy so thanks for everything.

Another scam. I agree with the other comments on repetitive recipes. There is no way to manage your plan on their website like legitimate programs offer. That in itself is a huge flag!

They finally responded to my email to cancel my plan. Since I used PayPal for the subscription, I was also able to cancel PayPal as the payment method, so hopefully no more charges.

I wish I had read these Trustpilot reviews before signing up. I don’t believe the positive reviews posted here. Also shame on Facebook for not vetting vendors! I’ve reported the MediEats FB page as a scam.

This is my second month and the results are staggering. Reached out to their support team with additional questions and got good responses.. they know their thing that's for sure.

Not a lot of variety in the menu. It was the same recipes every week in a different order.

Also when you sign up they set you on auto renewal. This is only mentioned very deep in the T&Cs. They will not refund your renewal if you don’t catch it well before it renews. Kind of shady. Shame on them for not being up front and stealing renewal dollars.

Meals are repetitive and flavorless.
Buy a Mediterranean diet book many more recipes and flavors.

Perfect! I think how the plans have been set together is very clever and I am looking forward to trying them all.

Has been fun! The plans are diverse and tasty, sad that I didn't find these earlier and tortured myself with Keto diets.

Terrible customer service. Requested dairy free plan which was ignored. Auto renewed with no notice. Meal plans are repetitive. Avoid!!

Update: just hoping to bump this review so it reaches more people and saves them from a mediocre and overpriced program
I 100% regret joining this program. I stopped looking at the weekly menus after a couple of months because they were so repetitive. After the 6 month subscription period was over my card was charged again for an auto renewal with no notice or email stating this would happen. I emailed them to cancel before the new subscription period began and get the charge refunded. They canceled the auto renewal but refused to refund me. After reading their refund policy it’s clear that they make it nearly impossible to prove to them that the program didn’t work for you, ie, somehow showing that you completed 10 workouts and worked the program per their instructions.

Not helpful at all. Stopped following the program early because I am celiac, stated it in the programming requirements, and it was completely ignored. So the plan was difficult to adapt.
In addition, auto renew was applied without my consent and they will not refund it, even as I contacted them on the day they did it. I’m out 94$ cdn.

UPDATE
Disputed the renewal with my credit card company, and medieats refunded the money.

I have seen some results, and I don't plan to quit now. A little too early to tell but I have been losing fat, have to keep up with the program more.

The program is good, not going to exaggerate here. Each to their own, for me this works and I have no complaints. Cheers!

How about a phone number

I sign on and emailed to cancel after. No one replied. I tried emailed again and they said they already charged for the month and will stop my subscription. They should not charge me for that month’s subscription as I notified to cancel a couple of days after. Bad business practice dishonest. What about the money back guarantee.

This is exactly what I was hoping for! Instead getting a professional and overpaid dietitian to create me meals plans I decided to try this first and it suits for me. Saved money and lots of hassle too. Thanks!

I had a great experience, the meal plans and other materials were informative and very helpful to me. The communication with the support team was timely. When I decided to end the plan, they ended my subscription immediately.

I love that these plans are personalized and not taken off-the-shelf like many other companies usually do. Very detailed, yet easy to follow. I can definitely vouch for them.
