If I could give a 0 I would. I cancelled my subscription in September 2025 and Im still getting charged, I have contacted every month since then and they respond my saying they have cancelled yet Im still getting charged. Worst subscription, dont do it!

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS EATING PLAN - SCAM

This is a complete scam. you CANNOT cancel. They WILL NOT respond to any emails despite their website saying that you can cancel at anytime. I have had two autodeductions taken from my credit card. I have had to end up cancelling my credit card and lodging a dispute. The bank said that the company doesn't hold a "key" and that it is a scam. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS.

This company is absolutely nothing but…

This company is absolutely nothing but a scam. They supply no real product, just a bunch of psychobabble emails that really tell you nothing. And trying to cancel with them is pretty much impossible.

I would give a -10 if I were able

I would give a -10 if I were able. Deplorable business practices. My subscription was cancelled in May 2025; however, I was charged again in November 2025. The support service is horrible, and tells me they are unable to refund the charge. The actual program itself is just a repeat of every menu. There is no value add. I would recommend Googling the reviews before considering this program.

Tried numerous times to cancel subscription but get an error code each time
When contacting support 0nly AI response same answer each time, to follow the procedure which I have done 10 times

This is a scam

This is a scam. And when you go to stop subscriptions it takes you in circles or says there is an error. If you raise an issue you get a bot response. I will be reporting to visa to not allow charges.

Can’t cancel your subscription.

The concept is not bad but you will get stuck paying and not being able to cancel your subscription. I am at about 15 emails to get my subscription cancelled and it’s still not working. They send an online form to fill out shwhich ends up getting error messages so you can go to the end of it and they keep sending the exact same email over and over without any resolution. I have to cancel my credit card and stop paying. I do not recommend AT ALL !

⭐☆☆☆☆ Terrible Experience – Feels Like a Scam
I’ve had an awful experience with MediEats. I was charged for products and materials that I cannot even access. Every time I contact customer service, they give me the runaround and blame my browser instead of actually resolving the issue. They also make it clear that if I request a refund, I’ll lose access to the products entirely—which I never even received in the first place. I’ve lost a lot of money and gotten nothing in return. This is by far the worst meal plan program I’ve ever dealt with. Extremely disappointing and feels like a scam.

sign up for one month and they put you on an ongoing subscription

Like many others here, I signed up for a one (or maybe two) month plan, then was surprised to see that I was on a subscription and they were taking money from my visa. Followed their instructions twice to cancel to no avail. This time I have not approved the transaction on my visa and asked them to STOP. Will see what happens but never again.

Cancel, and they still charge your card.

I gave this a one because there is no zero, the plan is awful, too many carbs, too many beans. I cancelled, they billed me anyway, I cancelled again and my credit card got hit for $69.90 for two months again! I now have a dispute with the credit card company. This is indeed a scam.

Good luck cancelling

I wrote to cancel two days after I received the materials. No one told me that didn't count. So two months later, I got another $69.90 charge. Even then I couldn't cancel without a great deal of back and forth. You must cancel within their system, and that's not easy to find. They don't reimburse anything they've charged EVER.

Absolutely the WORST EVER!!!!

Absolutely the WORST EVER!!!!! Do not, i repeat do not order from these people! I have tried to cancel my subscription for months!! It says I am cancelled and then…another billing! Go on line, says I’m cancelled. Now how can I get billed with no account!

Have to cancel my credit card because of scam

Have to cancel my credit card because of them! Negative 10! Totally agree the other reviews. This is such a scam and I have now been charged a 3 rd time, when I thought I had cancelled it. What a hassle to have to cancel my main credit card. Boy, have I learned a lesson to always look at reviews
