Outstanding service- the lady who took the pertinent information was very patient and understanding when we didn't understand something. I highly recommend Mr. Jack Adams who recommended this company to us for our health insurance...it will save us quite a chunk of money each month and being retired and on limited income this means a lot to us.

I have a policy but no membership card
The people on the phone I dealt with were knowledgeable & courteous. However, even though I was asked to pay the first month’s fee in advance, when the policy went into effect on Feb 1, I still had not - and have not - received anything other than a paper version of my membership card. I have been promised that I will receive my card sometime next week....about 10 days after the policy goes into effect. As a customer service consultant in one of my former careers, this would be a red flag.
