This is a rip off site. I ordered the product. They sent me three tracking numbers one for the backpack, one for the vacuum sealer, and one for the free gift. The free gift arrived but they other two tracking numbers say label created. When I contacted them they said everything was delivered and sent me three new tracking emails with the same tracking number as the free gift, stating everything was delivered.

Received my backpack but it was defect…
Received my backpack but it was defect (leaking air). Reached out to customer support that responded great in the beginning but then ghosted me. They said they would send me a new bag, but after waiting for a few months and nothing happenedi reached out to them again and then they said they had refunded me, but after waiting for yet another month, and no refund, wrote to them again, and since then, no answer, no reply. Totally ghosted. The customer service process has taken almost half a year and the outcome is nothing. So please be careful when buying from them. If you receive a faulty backpack, expect no support and consider your money lost!
