I would have given a 0 rate if I could. Too much to type, needless to say, we still don't know if Danny has insurance as the calls were been cut off twice!!!!!! No one bothered to call back! Horrible!!!!

The agent was very helpful and listened and answered all my questions.

Helped me to find the right coverage for me that was 0 amount. All my doctors and meds were in the plan. Representative was attentive, helpful, patient and thorough.

In general, I am pleased with the attention and coverage of my medical needs. But I am encountering a problem with billing now that, frankly, is upsetting. After several dental procedures were pre-authorized with zero payment from my part, I am being billed for close to a $1,000 from the doctor´s office. An appeal made a week ago has met with silence.
