I would have given a 0 rate if I could

I would have given a 0 rate if I could. Too much to type, needless to say, we still don't know if Danny has insurance as the calls were been cut off twice!!!!!! No one bothered to call back! Horrible!!!!

The person I talked with was awesome

The person I talked with was very knowledgeable about all the different plan that were available in my area, I was impressed that she made the recommendation, and got me the perfect plan for me. And then the third party representative was also knowledgeable and helped to seal the deal.

In general

In general, I am pleased with the attention and coverage of my medical needs. But I am encountering a problem with billing now that, frankly, is upsetting. After several dental procedures were pre-authorized with zero payment from my part, I am being billed for close to a $1,000 from the doctor´s office. An appeal made a week ago has met with silence.
