Great for starters :)
It's easy to set up and get clipping straight away, you can set storage limits and it will alert you when the storage is full, the free package let's you upload 10 minute clips (which i think is a little too small) but you can upgrade to a subscription package where you have unlimited storage and up to 30 minute uploads. You can edit clips once you've finished recording which is super easy to figure out, it has a big library of memes, audio clips, gifs, and can even upload your own. I had no editing experience and this has been a breeze making funny little clips. It's easy to edit, post and download to share the videos where you like. The customer service has been really fast and helpful when ive run into issues.

Hi Taiyz. I am sorry that you have had such a frustrating experience with Medal, especially if clips are not recording reliably. Capturing gameplay is the entire purpose of the app, so when that fails, it understandably feels like a waste of time.

1 star and only because i cant put 0
1 star and only because i cant put 0. Terrible support and all good clips glitch and cant be uploaded. When i reach out for support i get an ai bot that sends me a link to a download page. When i click the link medal is removed from my computer and a new medal launcher is installed. I cant even open the medal launcher and now all my medal clips are lost.
I type for help in the medal discord once again and only AI bot write back. I ask for a real person and they close the ticket and i get kicked from the discord.
At this point i think it is even easier to record my gameplay with my mobile phone and upload to youtube shorts.
It is only during this last year that the trouble has started but im fed up, enough is enough

The situation you described with uploads glitching and the launcher reinstalling itself should not happen, and you should never feel like you are left without help.

A very good application for clipping.
A very good application for clipping games. You can screenshot with F7 as well. I genuinely recommend this app if you are a gamer.

worked great! at first..... i have been having problems after the second time i started this nighmare app. it brickrd a laptop by sending notifications multiple times a second and i couldnt start the app antmore. or any app..... thanks medal

Clipping Issue
Had some issues with my medal not clipping randomly one day (unsure to why this occurred) but I reached out to medal on discord and created a ticket, a couple hours later Tim (who had helped me before with some issues) emailed me back and sent me some steps to walk me through the process. It took a minute to figure out since I’m not computer savvy but ultimately purging medal and reinstalling helped with my clipping. Out of everyone that tried to help Tim did the most my far and is the only one that responded back, so I am very grateful for his help! Thank you again!
