Wonderful customer service and quality meat at good prices
Quality meat, good prices and a wonderful customer service team. I had an issue with DPD who delivered my package however the customer service at Meat supermarket were quick to make amends to a satisfactory point! Would I recommend? Yes. One star shy of 5 due the unfortunate experience with the deliverer service.

Good value for money.
The ribeye steak was a little bit fatty and a bit of gristle, but it was very tasty,the pork chops were
Beautiful and the Teppanyaki chicken was lovely.
Shall definitely be ordering again when ready.

Saw a great offer late sunday pm , mailed meat supermarket to see if they could add it to my existing order -response positive. Had a reply monday early am saying OK. Unfortunately it had vanished from the site so I mailed back asking where it was .Laura mailed back saying the offer was closed , but she would honour the offer. Extra invoice received and paid within 1 hour. What FANTASTIC service to add to the excellent meat !!!!¬!!!¬

Not The Best Quality
The sirloin steaks I received we're much smaller than I was anticipating. The kilo of chicken breast received absolutely stank, and were binned.
Will I buy again after this; it's not likely.

With vacuum-sealed meat, particularly chicken, there can sometimes be a natural smell when the packaging is first opened, which should dissipate once the product has been aired for a short time. That said, we do take any concerns around product quality seriously.
The sirloin steaks should also have been supplied within the specified weight range, so we would be happy to review this further for you.
