MEADOW CONSULTANTS LIMITED Reviews

2nd time helping us with a homebuyers survey. Quick times and responses via email as well as getting booked in to conduct the inspection. Also the service post survey to answer any further questions is brilliant. Thanks again!

Excellent service provided, i requested a report on a propery i am purchasing. The timescales were excellent in carrying out the work and receiving the report. The report was very detailed and will come of use in years to come. Also great that you can ask any follow up questions, they are there when needed.

Easy to contact. Very thorough informative survey, carried out on the date promised.

We required a Specific Assessment Survey on our property and Meadow Consultants Ltd were recommended to us and were fantastic. The customer service from Lucy was superb and Ben provided a detailed and timely survey which was exactly what we were looking for. Delighted with their work and would be more than happy to use their services again in the future!

Excellent service, very thorough and detailed. Extremely professional.

Level 2 Survey arranged for property I'm purchasing.
Date arranged with ease and the turn around for the report was very quick! Very thorough report with very clear information and recommendations about what to do next.
Thanks all.

Had a level 2 survey done on a property we were purchasing. Turnaround was quick and the whole process was so easy. Report is easy to read and basically explains everything to you, even if you have any questions they answered straight away! Highly recommend.

The level 2 survey I received was in-depth without being overwhelming and extremely helpful, it even suggested small improvements to help keep potential issues at bay. Communication was excellent and we would highly recommend using this service.

Excellent! Really thorough and informative Level 2 survey conducted. Advice provided afterwards and full openness / transparency throughout. Many thanks to David and the team.

Extremely helpful and very quick turnaround for a report produced on a property we are purchasing. Booked them on a Thursday and the inspection & report were completed on the following Monday.

Each person we've spoken to has been more than happy to assist with any queries we've had, both before and after the work was completed.

Would highly recommend their service.

I arranged a home buyers report on a property I was purchasing. The report was detailed and extremely helpful in deciding how I wished to proceed with the purchase. I found them very professional and prompt in their responses. Highly recommend.

Level 2 survey undertaken by meadow consultants. Easy to organise, response times to emails were great, survey was returned promptly and follow up call with our surveyor was very informative. As first time buyers, we really appreciated the level of detail and we were very happy with the experience.

The company’s staff are very polite and accommodating which helps when dealing with the stresses of buying a house. Their prices are competitive and the report is highly detailed and helpful. Thank you Mr Crean and his team!

Meadow Consultants were recommended to me by Estate Agents and I am so very happy that they did. The Company was extremely professional from the first email requesting a quote to receiving the Report. The quote was favourable and I received the Report the following day after inspection. The Report was incredibly detailed together with many photographs which were so helpful. I would most definitely recommend Meadow Consultants to any prospective purchaser

Excellent, fast and efficient service. Would definitely recommend.

Great service, and the survey report was provided quickly.

I've been very happy of my first time experience with Meadow Consultants Ltd. I arranged a home visit meeting with Mr David Crean who was a very polite gentleman and professional in his approach to my issue. Although the outcome to my problem was not personally what I had hoped for but what I had anticipated, Mr Crean was very happy to explain the conditions that prevail and of those that may become evident in the future.

I heard about Meadow Consultants through a friend who had a 5 star experience with them and I’m equally happy with my experience. I needed a quick appointment as my vendor wanted swift action and I wasn’t disappointed. The report (level 2) is thorough and has given enough detail for me to action areas before I officially sign anything. For anyone not considering a survey of a potential purchase property- think again. I would definitely recommend Meadow Consultants based on cost which was fair, professionalism of the extensive information in the report, along with the quick and efficient turnaround of the report and communication I am more than happy with the overall experience.

Fantastic and professional service.

Work was carried out around 2 weeks after agreeing, survey came back after 3 days.

The information found has allowed us to understand the work needed to be carried out on the property and approach contractors for the work to have an idea of the cost.

Always responded to any messages and just seemed to be very friendly people.

Josh
