Avoid this company,although cannot fault a TV Cabinet purchased about 3 years ago The customer service is appaling.Took ages to even find someone that could answer my question on a replacment part once went though a lady who really didnt know what she was talking about and took her time,got though after couple weeks or more to someone called Martin who very kindly said would send free of charge understand why got phone bill over 30 at premium rate.Emailed couple times now completly egnoring me,great customer service that is signs of todays companies once sold dont care.

I have emailed them as my glass door needs replacing. Still no response. Very poor customer service

The Glass door on our TV unit got accidentally smashed had this unit for at least 5 years got in touch by Email and Martyn replied straight away was sorted in no time.

TV unit came with defective parts. Emailed the company. Still waiting on a response 4 weeks later. Appalling.

Excellent customer service !
I ordered the Sirius 1200 unit, which was delivered missing a couple of parts. With one email, I was contacted by the Director and replacement parts were sent out the same day.
While mistakes can happen, of course, the measure of good service is how they are responded too and I couldn't fault the service (or the unit , which is great) - recommended.

Purchased a Luna TV stand in high gloss black. Excellent design and build quality and was very easy to assemble far better than the average flatpack. Very clear and comprehensive instructions.
