Wonderful furniture at a very…

Wonderful furniture at a very reasonable price.
My favorite shop.
Highly recommended.
Just one thing that is very sad : no delivery and the nearest shop can be very far (4:00 hrs in my case).
A shop in Bordeaux or Toulouse would be wonderful.

En fait nous n’avons pas compris votre message car nous ne sommes pas un site de vente en ligne donc effectivement la vente se fait uniquement en magasin.

This shop never responds to email…

This shop never responds to email requests for ordering or product info? I have left 3 messages this week on an item and nothing. If you have a rubbish system for ordering then how is anyone meant to buy anything if you live a distance away? I am not making a two hour round trip of they have not got an item in stock.

Sachez que nous recevons quotidiennement moultes emails de demandes diverses et variées sur nos produits, et ce, sans aucun problème de réception. Dans chacun des cas, nous y répondons de la manière la plus rapide et professionnelle possible. Encore faut-il que vous réussissiez à les envoyer correctement. Que par trois fois vous ne soyez pas parvenue à nous faire parvenir un seul email, vous nous en voyez sincèrement désolés mais nous ne pouvons guère vous aider. Croyez bien qu’après un message pareil nous avons vérifié notre « rubbish system » et bonne nouvelle, il fonctionne à merveille. Après finalement avoir réussi à échanger avec vous ce lundi, comme par miracle, toujours par le biais de notre « rubbish system », et suite à différents échanges de photos et interrogations en interne avec la personne gérant le rayon concerné, nous sommes heureux de vous confirmer que le fameux produit que vous souhaitez est bien disponible……… sur le site https://www.floristik24.fr/deco-poisson-en-bois-grand-deco-poisson-debout-h50cm_fr_23017 tarif de 89€. Par contre chez nous, personne ne l’a jamais vu..
Et bonne nouvelle, profitez-en c’est en soldes. Ils auront grand plaisir à prendre votre commande et vous éviter nombre de kilomètres inutiles.
Ne nous remerciez pas c’est bien naturel et à l’avenir nous vous conseillons de vérifier vos sources et actions menées avant de malmener bien gratuitement des gens qui font leur travail avec conscience et professionnalisme.
