Brody installed the charger very quickly and the whole process was very straightforward at a great price!

Really happy with everything

I had a Charger fitted By Mcnally EV on the 28th May. On the 29th May it went offline. I contacted Ohme customer services who contacted Mcnally who fitted the the charger. After some miscommunication I've just had Gary from Mcnally. Top bloke. Fitted a New charger and all is well. Thanks Gary

The installer was on time, friendly and explained what was going to happen before he got to work. It was quicker than I expected, with minimal bother. He did a perfect job and tidied up afterwards.

On Monday I had a team come to install my Ohme charger. It was Arron and Daniel who came. They were excellent. Everything went smoothly. Monday evening I was able to charge the car.

Super service. My ev charger was fitted perfectly by them 3 years ago and the repair yesterday was very professional.

Kalem and Kayton from McNally EV attended my house today. They arrived on time and did a great job fitting my charger. Polite young men and very tidy. A credit to both themselves and the company.

Ohme home charger installed by very professional electrician, even installed app on smartphone for me and gave me a run through of how to get the best out of it. Only had to wait a couple days before installation. This company specializes in ev charger installation

Great service from start to finish.
We had a tethered Easee 22kw car charger installed using the OLEV grant.
Install date was very quick, installing was very professional with a quick demonstration on how to use the charger.
Customer support by Dave Evans was very helpful, he explained step by step the Easee cloud portal very clearly and professional.
Would recommend this company.

The installation booking team kept me in the loop until the install date. On the day, Aaron the engineer was polite, professional & couldn’t do enough for me. I would highly recommend McNally EV if you’re looking for an EV charging point for you home.

What can I say, following a punctual visit from the super friendly chap "Dave" (sales) who ran through all the points available, “as hoped” we agreed on our tailored solution with an install slot booked only a week later. “The team” headed up by Chris arrived prompt on the day.
I honestly cannot fault, "personable, professional, positive & polite” if you are looking for a charging solution, look no further.

BE AWARE. Very dodgy company, i have placed my
brder to get ev charger fitted 6 weeks before I collect
my car, I have supplied them with every single details
of what they requested before they go ahead and
quote me ( photos, videos and floor plan etc.), we
both agreed on the price and the date of installation
Within the 6 weeks time 1 have called them a few
times to make sure they are still going ahead with
installation on the agreed date, each time they have
confirmed it. On the day of installation I have picked
up my EV and expected the engineer to turn up
which he did , but told me he can't do it , he needs
nore cable,need 2 man, he will be back 10 days
time , charge me more money, all sort of excuses, I
have called the company Mcnally ev, they haven't
even apologised or try to make it up , they said I
should go with someone else . After my feedback on google, the owner of the Company offered me silly amout of £50 of compensation but i have never received that either. If I was you I would
not waste my time with them.

The 2 fellas who came to install the charger on the side of my bungalow did an excellent job (in a lot less time than the e-mail said!!!),and they were polite and very helpful-they even helped us download the app for the charger,which was sniffing!!!!(my wife and me aren't very tech minded),so all in all they did an amazing job,and I'd have these 2 guys back anytime to do a job for me !!!!

Just amazing customer service was excellent and very quick from start to finish when the lads arrived they were very polite kept us informed showed us how the device worked and left everything clean and tidy would highly recommend

Had an EV charger installed within a couple of weeks of enquiring, which included a week for the DNO to check my meter. Jordan was quick to get back to any queries and the 2 installers went above and beyond and were really helpful

Very impressed with the end to end customer experience I received from McNally Electrical! Starting with phoning up and speaking to someone quickly for a electric car charger install quote, getting that quote emailed to be quickly at a very competitive price, and getting the work booked in the very same week.

On the day before the installation, the time of arrival at my house was clearly communicated, which was met on the install day by the engineers, who were both very friendly and helpful. They kept the power outage to a minimum when doing the install, which was important as I was working from home. Around 2 and a half hours later they completed a very tidy job in the place of my choosing and showed me how it worked. Very pleased with the work.

I even received a courtesy call after a couple of days to make sure I was happy with the service, which I appreciated.

All in all I couldn't recommend highly enough; I had a very positive customer experience with great communication at every step!

What a relief!
Finally a company that does exactly what they say they are going to do!
