Broken mechanism on kitchen door. Problem identified and rectified within minutes. Efficient service by Mike

Have been waiting 18 months now to have a shower screen bracket swapped over as their was a damaged one fitted. On top of that the padding inside the bracket is now falling out and the door has fallen down slightly causing problems when opening and closing.
Shocking behaviour as emails are being ignored.
It feels like the over promise on service yet under deliver.

We recently had a secondary glazing unit installed by McLeod Glaziers (Perth) in our main bedroom. We live close to a main road and traffic noise ingress was problematic. We were advised that secondary glazing might address the problem. McLeod Glaziers supplied and fitted a reasonably priced, high quality unit. The work was carried out efficiently and to a high standard. The unit itself is slimline and discreet and doesn't impinge on the view of the garden. As a result, the noise from the road has reduced significantly. The glaziers were very professional, helpful and friendly. We are delighted with the service and would highly recommend McLeod Glaziers (Perth).

A very disappointing experience. Like other reviewers have said, things started well and they seemed very helpful. The first piece of work they did for me was substandard and I have since tried to discuss and get a resolution but they do not reply. I have sent several emails and made many calls where I was assured someone would call me back. This has now covered a period of over 2 months.

My most recent (and final) email, yesterday, was sent to the CEO. I expected an immediate call back but ........ nothing!

I am always keen to use local businesses as they are usually more responsive and easier to deal with. Not this time! Needless to say, I wouldn't use them again and couldn't recommend them based on my experience.

The substandard work has been put right by someone else at my expense and some other work I had originally intended to put their way is now being done elsewhere.

Customer service appalling! Iam actually gobsmacked ! We have been a customer previously spending good few thousand pounds on doors etc Called today as glass shattered on patio doors and toddlers in the house very dangerous and was told it’s not worth our while to come out for just a plane of glass ! So it was ok for them previously and needless to say I did want to have the conversation of bi folding doors installed. Etc . Very disgusted and will never recommend again . May I add they had also visited my neighbour few weeks back to sort a bedroom window 10 minute job Pick an choose is not a way to run a business

Purchased new french doors last year unfortunately there is a problem with them when contacted this company has passed me from puller to post not replying to e mails, when telephoned told I would be contacted this went on for six weeks now I am being told manufacturers will contact me when I asked for a time frame and pointed out I did not purchase doors from manufacture I was told that was that and hung up on, I would defiantly Not recommend this company if you want a professional company

I’ve used this company many times and always recommended them to people,I will no longer do this as I contacted them about my £1600 composite front door (this is the 2nd £1600 door on a different property ) on a few occasions when it was under warranty as the panel had cracked across from the handle to the glass on the outside,you wouldn’t expect this on a quality door,and it’s not a £400 door,It was agreed with one of the previous directors and on email after 2nd time of contacting them and the warranty department they would come out and replace the handle and the door panel,no one ever came out to replace it,I contacted the current managing director now 3rd time,who’s response to a loyal customer was very rude and he told me not to contact any of his team members in a forward manner ! the current owner and this company now needs to learn about Customer service!! I contacted them for another quote of windows and doors for another property and certainly after the managing directors shocking reply to me I will not be going ahead!People Please beware of this company and Director !!

We had new front and back doors installed by Mcleods a number of years ago and last night the rubber seal on the letter box fell off. I sent an e-mail to the service fitter and within an hour he came and fitted a brand new letterbox. Excellant service.
