Both Chris and Michael (Edinburgh Duo) from Sidey were very accomodating with our circumstances, worked very hard, and tidied up after the work was done. Great guys, very cheerful, great chatter, excellent politeness and very understanding. Thanks very much guys, very nice meeting you both.

Great customer service from initial visit to post fitting

Excellent service from initial look around showroom to installation of new doors. Installation was prioritised due to problems with my locks. My decision to choose Sidey over a competitor was their new door handle locking mechanism.

The salesman was very helpful and gave me good advice. The French doors were fitted promptly and with expertise. The men left no mess.

Had my whole house supplied and fitted with triple glazed white pvc windows and white pvc half glass front door. Absolutely ecstatic with the end results. Fitters took all my wooden venetian blinds down for me and then refitted them when finished, as I have mobility issues. Whole house done in half a day, with minimal upheaval, and cleaned and hoovered when finished. I have the utmost respect for the fitters, they didn't even stop for lunch or any breaks, just heads down to the job in hand. I would highly recommend this company, they are the best for professionalism, sheer hard graft and care.

We had the pleasure of Sidey attending our property today to install new windows. From the 1st contact with Paul and Gavin to the end result was so pleasant and easy.

The fitting team couldn't have been more professional and hardworking, they were helpful and high standard of work.

Fitting new front door was a great experience to have reliable friendly workmen who were polite and very tidy and turned up on time.

Got a new front door. Really good service and a fair price. The door itself is great. It is light grey and when being installed the fitters said they didn’t have grey silicone/sealant for outside, but would come back to do this. I thought yeah ok, but got a call and it was done today. Would recommend.

Despite an issue with the quality of workmanship of a door at my last house, I used Sidey to replace both doors at this house. The actual fitting was fine but the door handle wasn't the one I ordered but this was replaced.

My front door was fitted a couple of months ago and I'm now waiting on visit 4. During the fitting of the new door I could hear that the installers were less than happy with Sidey, management need to ask themselves why, the answer of course is usually bad management!

First, the style of door wasn't what I expected. Apparently I was told at the time of sale that they style I wanted (same as my side door) was no longer available, I'm pretty certain I'd have remembered that but I can't prove otherwise.

The door was fitted but it was the wrong colour of storm guard, no big deal and it was replaced.

However after the guy left I noticed the door was catching when it was shutting, it hadn't been checked at all. So call number 2 was logged and the issue was rectified.

Unfortunately soon after I realised that it was blowing a hoolie at the bottom of the door and letting rain in. Call number 3 was logged.

A guy came and 'sorted' it by adjusting the side stoppers and making the drainage holes bigger (same guy that changed the storm guard). Call number 4 has been logged, will it be fixed?

The quality of the doors is actually good so well done production, just be good if the right parts were fitted!

The customer service folk are polite and helpful although probably fedup hearing my voice and moans.

Maybe some retraining is needed for the rest of the crew.

I will be replacing my windows in the next wee while, Sidey will most defintely NOT be getting the work.

Had windows installed today by Chris and Michael (The Edinburgh Team!) and have to say they have done a great job.

Door fixed professionally and not done thoroughly check due to that door frame started leak within week and they took 2 weeks to fix the problem after reporting
At least now no leak.

Recently had a fire door installed at my flat. The whole team from the showroom, the office and fitters were great! The fitters were prompt, friendly and efficient. The door was fitted well and the door is lovely! Would definitely recommend.

Having spent time choosing a company in a competitive market, arranging an order, having the work completed I do not want to spend more time on this. Job well done as specified - end of story.

company hires clowns to come to your property to damage your stuff and leave their mess for you to clean up
don't leave these clowns alone in your property, go find a proper windows installer, you will thank me for this advice.

Work carried out efficiently and with little disruption, very happy with the product.
Contractors were excellent and left the site clean and tidy.
