It was the first time I ordered on McGrocer and my order arrived quickly. The McGrocer team was always reactive. A product couldn’t be found for my order and I got a refund quickly.
I’ll definitly buy on McGrocer again ! I recomand !

Fantastic choice of Walkers crisps and superb customer experience. The order was quickly processed and was delivered to Texas from UJ within days. I and delighted with McGrocer and will be ordering more!

Looking at the reviews not sure what happend with my experience. I have lived in the US for 5 years and used many companies to deliver things I miss form the UK . I got excited as McGregor were offering items I had not seen before on other sites so I ordered they took payment of over $200 and I waited and waited for an expected delivery date and then they cancelled 10 days later no explanation no sorry no nothing . It’s an absolute no no from me I will stick with the other companies who deliver on their orders . Don’t take payment if you can’t full fill orders especially when you give no explanation why .

Avoid excessive postage charges
Takes your order and money then hardly any items in stock but still try charging excessive postage.
So dissappointed when placed order stated items in stock. Then not available.

Fast shipping and fast communication.

Though I'm an American living in America, I've gotten hooked on British baking through, what else, the Great British Baking Show. Many of the ingredients can be subbed with American counterparts, but some simply cannot. (Hovis granary flour.) Thrilled to find McGrocer, with its VAST array of foods/baking ingredients, at fair prices, both for the items themselves as well as the shipping charges. I can't believe how quickly the package arrived. I also ordered a variety of Mr. Kipling treats, and the kids, husband, and I are all enjoying sampling these delicious cakes, pies, etc. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

Very fast and efficient service from order to receiving the product at home.

Promotes one shipping fee - and cheap prices but you end up paying a hefty customs fee on arrival - despite UK -Swiss agreement. They use DHL and no other means of shipping also and DHL are expensive. Disappointed and I will not be using them again. I have never had to pay customs fee with the britsuperstore or the british cornershop.

Horrible experience with this company. It took a long time for the shipment to be made, and then it was never delivered to me. It was returned back to the UK without any info provided to me. McGrocer took ages to get back to me when I enquired about it, and even longer to take care of a refund of the goods. It turns out something I ordered cannot be imported into Germany, though I can't find any info on which item it was or why. So McGrocer don't know what goods can or cannot be imported into countries they ship to and expect the customer to "research" it first. According to their own vision/mission, they exist to deliver goods globally, so one would think they would know something about restrictions and avoid customer problems up front. At a minimum, if they expect the customer to do that work, they should display it prominently on their homepage instead of burying the info their fine print. Not only did I have to pay the shipping for goods I never received, I got a second invoice from UPS for the return shipment costs. Will never use McGrocer again.

The order I paid for is many days late. I have written 3 e-mails to them, all have been ignored.
Will not use them again.

Product delivered in good time, considering that it was an international delivery. The packs of cookies, (or biscuits as the Brits would say,) were wrapped in bubble wrap, so they were not broken or crushed. Welldone, McGrocer. Welldone, indeed.

I lived in the UK for about three years and got hooked on the Mokate 3in1 coffee. Before leaving I stocked up but it didn’t last long. It was nice to find a place online that’d ship international. Thanks for all the hard work, definitely be placing more orders in the future.
