I have worked with Mayfords now for…

I have worked with Mayfords now for over 5 years. They manage my block of flats.

I must say they are all very nice people and also well informed about laws and knowledgeable.

My low marks are for their lack of attention to any matter or problem presented to them as managing agents.

They DO NOT respond to emails in a timely manner - 10 /30 days go by & then I have to call them to find out what’s happening.

I find this quite unacceptable & even when I have left a message - i will not get a return call. I have to call again. Really?

I have asked what their policy is with client communication- they don’t have one.

This shows me that they are ineffective in dealing with issues. They seem oblivious to the fact that they have missed emails & calls. I also note that the staff have zero supervision.

who wants to chase someone time & time again. ?

Great service!

Great service! Moses was very professional and friendly with us. He keep us updated every day and he help us a lot! In just 1 week we were already inside in our beautiful house!
