I have had an outstanding problem with Thames Water regarding my Water bills which was not correct as I have not been in the UK for 18months due to the covid out break.
Calling from Nigeria was particularly difficult, however when I got to the UK and had a meeting with Venice, she was most patient and helpful. The problem will soon be sorted out due to her intervention.
