No warranty, no responsibility
I selected the product based on the website's own search engine, and it arrived promptly. However, the size was incorrect. It is important to note that before placing the order, I contacted customer service to confirm the size suggested by the search tool, and they assured me it was correct.
When the product arrived and the error became clear, I contacted them again. They were willing to exchange the tires only if I covered the shipping costs myself—which would have amounted to more than half the price of the order. Despite lengthy correspondence, they refused to take responsibility for their mistake.
I turned to the Arbitration Board and the European Consumer Centre, only to find out that since the company is registered in the Principality of Andorra (which is in Europe but not an EU member state), these organizations have no jurisdiction to act.
I strongly advise everyone to do thorough research before ordering anything from this company, as you should not expect any accountability or helpful warranty handling. I am giving one star only because zero is not an option. I am completely dissatisfied with their service and their dismissive, uncooperative customer support.

If the tyre was over 36 months old and this was not indicated on the site, this would probably be an error and our team can arrange an appropriate solution. If the DOT is under 36 months, it is not normally specified on the site.

It is absolutely annoying when you run a webshop and there is no way of contacting you! For Gods sake put an email out at least if you don't want to put a phone number out! Your labyrinth of AI messaging apps just makes me frustrated for wasting my time. Im not buying from you anymore until you put a speck of humanity into your business.

Tyres production date
I have ordered 2 set of tyres. 2 pc. 225/40 R18 and 2 pc. of 295/30R18. Unfortunately the production dates greatly differ. 2025 for the 225/40 R18 but 2023 for the 295/30R18. I couldn't return the older ones due to time pressure. This is not realy acceptable. Please pay more attention!!!
