The 2024 DOT date wasn't displayed. I wouldn't have bought them at this price point had I known.

We’re sorry to read this. As a general rule, the DOT is only specifically displayed on the site when the tyre is over 36 months old. If the 2024 DOT you received falls within that range, it may therefore not have been shown on the product page.
If you believe the listing was unclear or not in line with what was presented at the time of purchase, please open a ticket with our service après-vente from your customer area. Our agents will review your case and provide the most appropriate solution.
Never order from here!
The prices are competitive, but when they sent the wrong (not the size i have ordered) tires the process of nightmare started. They still have not picked up the wrong deliveries even if it happened about 10 days ago. They cannot deliver the right size, i.e. i have to order newly again. They promise that would send the money back, but they are talking about weeks before i get it back.

If you have already opened a ticket with our after-sales service, your claim will be prioritized internally so that the pickup of the incorrect tyres and the review of your file can be handled as quickly as possible. Once the return is received at our depot, the file can be processed according to the applicable procedure.

Thank you for your feedback. DOT 23 and DOT 24 tyres are generally within the expected storage period when properly stored, and tyre age is indicated on our site when it exceeds 36 months.
