Commande passée sur le site, puis silence radio total du service client (e-mails et WhatsApp sans réponse) et colis bloqué pendant plusieurs semaines.
Après avoir dû passer par une contestation auprès de ma banque, le colis a finalement fini par arriver avec beaucoup de retard, et un remboursement partiel a été fait pour un article manquant. À l'ouverture, on remarque que les produits viennent de supermarchés (étiquettes de prix d'origine retirées).
Bref, les produits sont là, mais la communication et les délais sont à revoir complètement. Heureusement que la carte bancaire offre une protection.

Vermoedelijk oplichters, De producten nooit ontvangen. De bezorgde track&trace-gegevens geven telkens een foutmelding op de website van de pakjesdienst. Het mailadres van Maxicasa.fr geeft ook steeds een foutmelding wanneer je informatie opvraagt over je bestelling.
