Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Purchase was made on August 4, 2026 after waiting a whole month, I received an email saying the package was delivered, but never did, when I claimed to the company prove of delivery they said that unfortunately they didn’t have any prove, then I told them I wanted a refund they said that unfortunately they could only give me a 60%, I told them that was unacceptable, then they offered 90% refund.I told them that was ridiculous and that I would put a dispute in my bank, That I’ll be reporting them to Facebook, from which I saw the advertisement, that I will be telling all of my friend not to buy from them and also reporting the company to the BBB. The next day I had the credit on my bank.
