Needed a tire patched. Employees were friendly and promptly fixed the tire even though they were short handed. Will return if the need ever arises.

Went in for an oil change and alignment. A very nice young man named Jandiel was helpful, knew what he was doing and respectful.. A job well done !

Went in for a 3 o'clock appt, after 2 1/2 hours my car had 4 tires replaced and a wheel alignment, why so long good question. They had no urgency on getting my car out. $1100 and all I got was aggravated, I learned my lesson, never again would I go back there/

Very professional and thorough. They explain everything that’s being done, and make recommendations. Great job!!

They are truly doing gods work at this location more then willing to help me accomplish my goals of passing state inspection

Customer Service was very good. Went in and was out quickly! Very good prices and happy with everything from my visit- I will be coming back in the future.

Writing to wonder why David once again fell short of contacting me? There seems to be a theme here I’m sure he has a reason prepared. Maybe 3 or 4 days after the day he was to contact me.

Initially, my visit to the 5th street highway location was PHENOMENAL. I have never gotten such great customer service. Honestly, that poor service in years past is why I hadn't gone there. Jobe the store manager was a mountain of information answering any question I had with knowledge and authority. Also his assistant Jay was very helpful. They listened and explained and I appreciated that. I was counting the moments to get the review in about just how great my experience was as I have not ever gotten such great customer service. I had literally just paid my bill at the register preparing to leave as the mechanic was to bring my car. A few minutes later, Jobe (Manager) took me to my car to show me what had occurred. I was shocked, angry, and simply beside myself when I saw my car was damaged significantly. It needs to have service now. I held it together, and considered not giving the review, but felt I must. As I left I was just shocked, and angry, worried about what else could be wrong. I was mad that I even paid my bill for all this and wasn't just credited. Even after a few days, I look at my car and still am so bothered.

I always go here now. They’re really friendly and have great customer service.

The Manager on site was very knowledgeable and polite concerning the work I needed to get done on my 2021 Ram 3500... I had a 8am appointment and I was done quicker than I thought. I would refer them to my friends and family for all their tire and vehicle repair needs.

I went to Mavis for 2 tires. While waiting, I was told about all of the "recommended" work. Agreed to an air filter replacement that day. Waited 1 1/2 hours before being told they couldn't get the filter. Left with 2 tires and started having problems with my traction control light coming on. Discovered the 2 tires Mavis put on were different size from the other 2. About 2 weeks later, returned to same location for 2 matching tires and the air filter. Work is "done", now my car is riding like a tank. NOW it's because the tires are all too small and they're all terrain on a small Kia sedan. Also, went to my usual mechanic to have the brakes replaced, as recommended by Mavis, only to find that the air filter I was charged for was never put in and my rear brakes are like new and front brakes and rotors most likely won't be necessary even for my summer inspection. I was told that I'm not doing myself any favors with misfit, A/T tires on my car.
