Customer Beware

Brought tires and front shocks from the Marrero Louisiana location I alway go in for a rotation and was never charged went in for a rotation and shock check on which should be free as stated on website was charged for a so called rack fee them not knowing I’m a diesel mechanic Chris stated they road force checked my tires for balance and the were ok and my front end was fine in under 15 minutes Truth is the tires are cupping which is usually and problem with a front end component you never put tires with the least tread on the back of a rear wheel drive vehicle I should have know better to go back here after one of the tech striped on of my lugs good luck if you go here I would recommend going somewhere else

Had an issue with a tire that would not hold a balance.

Had an issue with a tire that would not balance properly by another shop. Was greeted by Kelley upon arrival, and explained the issue. He took the tire into the shop and got it fixed up. Outstanding customer service and will get my business now.

WE ARE WATCHING YOU ALL We just tried to call and reach at 914-984-2500 but 3 times our call got hungup by your team ! we are calling to speak with the ownership and authorities to negotiate this 2nd ransomare attack! by world leaks but if we will get ignored like this we will not be nice any more! we are capable to destroy entire business
