"Buyer beware" because this company is a total SCAM!!
"Buyer beware" because this company is a total SCAM!! I ordered a product that failed to fit yet remained untouched in its original sealed wrapper. So two days after delivery, I requested a return so was well within their 7-day window policy. Their advertisement online even stated that this was a returnable item. However, their reply was that I would be required to pay for it to be shipped over-seas to Turkey and then would have to settle for whatever refund price the seller provided (if anything). What a hoax!!
In response to this company's response, you NEVER offered a full refund. To again, clarify, I have your email as proof that it would be up to the seller as to how much I would get back and this store was in Turkey. Therfore, this was a "one and done" purchase after learning the hard way.

Mavigadget was helpful and always responded to my concerns in a timely manner. However, the product I ordered from them was not working; they replaced it with the same item but it did not work either. Mavigadget finally gave me a refund so I still give them a five star. Great customer service. Oh I forgot to mention that they did not require me to return the items.

THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM. I ORDERED A PAIR OF GLOVES FOR $160 FOR A FAMILY MEMBER WITH MS AND THEY WERE TOO SMALL, I CONTACTED THEM THE SAME DAY AND THEY SAID I WOULD HAVE TO ORDER NEW ONES WHICH ON THEIR WEBSITE IT SAYS YOU HAVE 7 DAYS. I IMMEDIATELY RETURNED THEM, WITH A VALID TRACKING NUMBER FROM USPS AND THEY NEVER REFUNDED THE MONEY. I ORDERED NEW ONES DUE TO THE CONDITION OF THE PATIENT AND STILL NEVER RECEIVED THEM.
THE WORST PART ABOUT THIS IS THAT WHEN I SENT THEM AN EMAIL, THEY RESPONDED AND SAID IT WAS DELIVERED USING A FICTITIOUS SHIPPING NUMBER WITH NO SHIPPING COMPANY.

We assume this is a fake review. We do not recognize this buyer, as they did not provide an order or email number regarding the order. We contacted Trustpilot about this, but it seems they do not care about fake reviews. We would be more than happy to respond to the customer if they provide their order number.

Steer clear of this company at all costs. Despite spending over $1000, I received nothing in return. Their offer of less than a 50% discount was insulting. I had to resort to filing a claim under section 75 with the financial ombudsman to reclaim my money, a process that took nearly six months. Avoid this company like the plague!

Surprising experience in a good way
I ordered a beautiful coffee maker that unfortunately arrived with a small crack on the lid. The crack didn’t hinder its functionality, but I thought it was worth bringing to the company’s attention. I contacted customer support, sent over some pictures, and braced myself for a potentially long and arduous return process.
To my surprise, the complete opposite happened. Not only did the customer service team promptly acknowledge my issue, but they also shipped a brand-new coffee maker to me absolutely free of charge! They told me to keep the original item, as it was still usable.
It’s so refreshing to see a company stand by their products and go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Thanks.

Unwilling to accept responsibility for a faulty product
I purchased an iPhone cover from them and it was in 2 pieces after putting it on; the sides had separated from the back cover. I contacted customer support and sent pictures, and this was their response:
"Hello XXXXX,
Thanks for your email. By "already broken” you mean you broke it? Return and refund period have been expired for your order as we don’t cover for the items that customer break.
Best
XXXXX”
Even though their policy states:
"We accept returns/refunds if the product arrives damaged or broken."
If you have any problem with the item you purchase, you won't have any ground to stand on... you decide!
I heard back! I guess they read my review and in response asked me to erase the customer representative’s name and title, which I have graciously XXXX’d out. Then, I received a follow up email stating that Mavigadget didn’t think that my review was for their company, and said that I have the wrong company.
Why would they ask me to first remove the customer representative’s name and title if that person wasn’t at their company? 😲
Sooo dodgy!!!
After reading their responses below, it appears that Mavegadget does jot accept returns if the phone cover breaks the minute you put it on. Whaaaat??? 😳

Our returns and refunds policy explicitly covers products that "arrive damaged or broken." In your case, it appears that the item arrived in proper condition, but then broke while in use.
Let's consider a parallel example to illustrate the policy: If you buy a pair of shoes that are defective and fall apart the moment you put them on, then that's a clear case for a refund or replacement. However, if those shoes wear out after six months of regular use, the situation becomes different. The shoes were not defective; they broke due to wear and tear, which is typically not covered under most return policies.
We understand that product longevity is important, but the distinction between a product arriving damaged and a product breaking during use is essential for our returns and refunds policy. Otherwise, it would be challenging for us to operate sustainably as a business.
That said, customer satisfaction is incredibly important to us. Although our policy doesn't cover this situation, we're open to discussing a compromise, like offering you a discount on a future purchase.
Regarding your comments on the conflicting messages you received from us—this is regrettable and we're investigating what happened internally. There should be no mixed messages when communicating with our customers, and we appreciate you pointing this out.

My bad
My bad. I made two orders not waiting for first to arrive to see quality. EVERYTHING I ordered was of such low quality I was taken back. Never ever would I have selected such items in a store. I ordered gifts that I would be ashamed to gift to anyone I cared about. No one I offered them to even for free wanted them. The 1 item that I was slightly happy with came damaged in the packing. I don't drive so the expenses to return them makes it not worth the effort. I emailed the company. No response.
