Found this Mavigadget by chance. Bought a retro lighter as i like to collect old lighters (hey everyone got their thing right?) product surprised me, seriously well made, well packaged and delivery was relatively quick.
Fantastic site and some stunning products.
Recommended to anyone.

I waited a reasonable amount of time (10 days) before emailing Mavigadget about why my order had not been delivered (turns out it was the next day 8^| ).
Kevin responded overnight, and answered my questions, with a very pleasant attitude and good information. you can't beat that!
this was a genuine experience that i was not paid for.

The ordered boots were different to the offered ones. Mavigadget spoke to the seller. They promised to send the correct ones but in the end were not capable. Mavigadget proposed an other model free of charge which I liked very much. A better service you can not imagine, positive surprise. Thanks G. Th.

I was skeptical after seeing some negative reviews for MaviGadget, but my experience was completely different. Quick shipping, quality product, great service. Those bad reviews seem unfair - one complained about standard shipping times, another about their own mistake ordering the wrong item. This company deserves better ratings!

I needed the travel adapter for an upcoming trip. When I messaged them about the tracking, not only did they track down my package immediately, they also gave me a discount code for my next purchase. Ended up getting everything on time and felt like they actually valued me as a customer.

Accidentally ordered two of the same kitchen gadget. Totally my fault but I emailed them anyway. They not only canceled the duplicate order before it shipped, but the customer service rep I dealt with followed up personally the next day to make sure everything was resolved to my satisfaction. That kind of attention to detail is rare these days!

Be careful if youre being for a special event or day. Their website completely lies. It says if buy the product, it will arrive by XX date. This is why I purchased so I could get my item and gift it for my mum for mothers day (30th)They look forever to ship it, I bought it on 17th, they said it would arrive by 27th. after purchasing, they didnt even ship it until 22nd. Mothers day is tomorrow, its still at the airport!!! Customer service says it can still take another 8-10 days. What a joke. Complete lairs!! They totally ruined my mothers day. This was a gift to my mum who recently lost her own mother. I will never ever use this lying company ever again!!!!!! I dont even want it anymore. Im beyond upset. Total waste of money. All they have to say is "im sure your mum will enjoy it when she gets it". I could have ordered somewhere else and got it in time.. im so upset

Awesome product! I ordered the belt with the wolf buckle. It is well made and sturdy. Belt strap is looks great! I would definitely recommend this product and would look to getting other belt buckles in the future.

Hands down the best neck massager we've tried. Liked it so much I bought 2 more for family members who were ecstatic and also felt these were the best massagers they had tried.

Good value for the money and service / response times were excellent. Shipping took only 7-9 days and we will definitely buy from Mavigadget again.

I ordered a quirky kitchen gadget from Mavigadget after seeing it pop up in an ad, and I have to say, the product itself is fantastic—exactly as described and really fun to use. Shipping took about 5 days, which was faster than I expected for an international order, and it arrived in perfect condition. The website is super easy to navigate, and I love the variety of unique items they offer. I had a question about the product and customer service was responsive. They did respond politely and sorted it out, though, so no complaints. I’d definitely shop here again for something different!

I bought a necklace a few weeks ago, but even though the tracking said it was delivered, I never got it. I contacted customer service, and they told me to file a claim with USPS. After I did that and got my case number, they quickly said they would send a replacement. It was nice to have everything sorted out with just two emails!

I received my first shipment of mavigadget finger tip screw holders and gave to male family members for Christmas. They all were so impressed, I ordered more for other friends. They work great and everyone was impressed. Didn't have any trouble with this company at all.

Received a product too late and trying to return it. You make it difficult. I don't see an address to return it from your email. There's a 30% charge to put stock fee and then buyers pays for return ahipping shipping. You make it so unless it's a real expensive item, it's not worth taking the effort.The time and the money when you don't get all of your purchase price back anyway. This is why I'm sticking to Amazon. There's always a place here to return. It doesn't cost anything. They take it back without problems.And i've always received their products well

I've spent nearly $2000 at Mavigadget.
There are plenty of cute items at great prices.
Shipping usually takes about 4-5 days.

Edit: I read all the positive and negative reviews. I understand that nothing can be perfect with many companies, but this company is not a scam.

I’ve had a good experience with the sellers on Mavigadget. Nobody’s perfect, but I’ve found their service to be really satisfactory. Their customer support is very responsive and helped me resolve my issue quickly.

Everything was ordered and arrived a couple of days earlier than expected. Everything turned out great!
