I ordered 2 Harken 241 swivel base cam…
I ordered 2 Harken 241 swivel base cam cleats and received two items not similarly operational. One swivelled easily; the other did not. It also seemed to take a longer time between placing order and shipment than I expected.

Great Service
Items I ordered were shipped very quickly and people I worked with via email and telephone to correct a shipping address error were polite and very helpful. They followed through immediately, getting my order to the correct address very fast. I will definitely shop with them again!

Took over 2 weeks to ship!
Placed an order for items that showed in stock and it took 15 days to ship. Disappointing because I had to postpone plans to install the parts as I still wait.

Mauripro has an excellent staff
Mauripro has an excellent inventory, prices, and access to obscure parts. They are extremely nice to deal with. Recently I ordered the wrong size part and sent it back, but by mistake did not sent the required UPS tracking #. Their staff looked hard and found my part providing me with a refund despite my not following their protocol.

Great knowledgeable Staff (Erick)
While I had orig. ordered a complete unit from these guys and had to cancel, the service a response time was excellent. In choosing the part that was right for what I was needing to replace, Erick obviously has lots of experience. I'll be back for something else I'm sure!!

The cargo company (XPO) shipped the package to a wrong address!
I received a great service from Erick solving my problem and getting my shipment sent to a new address.

Great service and Pricing
My recent purchases with Mauripro have been a great experience. Service and delivery was prompt and pricing was better than many other sellers with whom I shop. Their website provides order status updates but one improvement (IMO) would be automated order status updates via email (e.g., order confirmation and shipping notification w/ tracking number). Positive Review
We ordered a Lewmar autopilot drive motor from Mauripro (at a great price too!) and got confirmation from Erick that it would take 8-12 weeks lead time as the part would have to come from the UK. Erick kept us informed throughout and was very prompt in responding to our specific questions via email. We also received great service from the rest of the team when Erick wasn't immediately available. We had a drop dead timeline to work within and we were extremely happy that the part arrived ahead of schedule! An added bonus!
