Contacted Zhik for wrong size shirt return. Directed to contact Mauri Pro Sailing as distributor and complete return process. Mauri Pro Sailing has not contacted me yet.

We are in the process of replacing the standing rigging on our sailboat. We just finished ordering the new rigging but needed new clevis pins (sizes not available with the rigger), so I added 10 clevis pins (and 2 wire grips for steering) to my MauriPro cart but when I tried to checkout, instead of having FREE shipping on my $167 order, MauriPro wanted $156 for international shipping to Puerto Rico (PR) via USPO.

USPO considers PR domestic and the rate should have been $10.65 for Priority Box Small (up to 70lbs allowed) according to USPO’s calculator and USPO’s web site using the to/from zip codes.

I immediately sent a MauriPro chat message, MauriPro Web-Form message, and an email on Thursday. On Friday, I received an email back requesting information I already sent, so I resent the information. When I didn’t hear anything back and knowing the office was closed on the weekend, I called 4-5 times to the Sales Support (no answer), I left a phone message that was never returned, I sent a MauriPro chat message that was never responded, and I finally after seeing reviews with similar comments, cancelled my order. I agree with the other reviews, this was horrible customer service.

MauriPro's failure to keep their e-Commerce updated to regulation changes combined with the absolute failure of their Team Lead to expedite Customer Support for customers affected by this known issue has caused me hours of additional work to find other source(s) for all the clevis pins needed and to beg for expedited shipping to make up for the lost time.

So instead of FREE shipping, is it intentional (or not) that MauriPro is charging international shipping to a domestic addresses (aka $156 instead of USPO's $10.65 in this case)? Has anyone received an order from MauriPro that charged International shipping and if so, was the shipping carrier Worldwide Express Service or USPO?

Great communication and shipping. Literally could not think of anything that needed improvement.

Mauripro professionally handled a situation I made more difficult than needed. I ordered a short mainsail car with an upstand for our self-tacking jib. The car with upstand could not be delivered in our time frame. So, I canceled that order and requested a refund. I then ordered the same car with a shackle plus an upstand kit. I then realized the upstand on my old car could be reused, and I didn't need a new kit. So, I asked to remove the kit from my order and refund that amount. All of this was handled by Mauripro quickly, efficiently and professionally. The new car sans kit arrived on time and the refunds were processed in one or two days without any fuss. I couldn't ask for any more.

Everything was well handled and had great updates.

I recently experienced outstanding online customer service from Mauripro. I had a tight delivery schedule due to haul out dates, and the representative, Santiago, handled my concerns with professionalism and patience. He provided clear explanations and multiple solutions.

What impressed me the most was the follow-up. Santiago sent follow-up emails and call me direct in Australia multiple times (during our business hours) to ensure everything was satisfactory. This level of care is rare and greatly appreciated.

Overall, my experience with Mauripro was exceptional. I highly recommend them for excellent online service.

They were very helpful dealing with the shipping to Europe. I was able to pay with USD. So the currency wasn't converted from usd to euro and then back to usd by my bank with their exceptionally personal service of my order.
