The experience was great from start to finish. The RV was in great condition and didn't miss a beat. We did have an issue with the water heater at one stage but the staff ran through with us on how to fix over the phone which sorted it. The staff in Perth were great they gave us a full run down before we left and were very informative and friendly. They certainly made the process quick and easy.

We had an excellent experience from start to finish. The customer service was outstanding, with the team being so friendly and incredibly helpful throughout the booking, pick-up, and drop-off process.

The motorhome itself was in so nice and new, and in fantastic condition. It was spotlessly clean, modern, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed.

The vehicle drove beautifully and was easy to operate. We couldn't fault the quality of the motorhome or the level of service we received.

We would highly recommend to anyone, Mel was amazing and she took all the stress out of planning, we honestly just have the best experience ever!

Pick up was very slow- and we questioned the age of the van- it didn’t feel like it was less than 2 years old. No coat hangers and not enough bedding, given the time of the year, we were freezing- we ended up having to purchase blankets to keep ourselves warm enough. External storage doors were difficult to open, even our guide could not get one open. Some misleading info given at pick up- we were told there was no solar even though there was a panel on the roof. Fridge was flashing some weird symbols and “auto” function would not work. Disappointing considering we chose Maui over more aged vehicles. No rear vision mirror during driving.

The check-in process with Emel was excellent; we were briefed on everything we needed to know. However, the vehicle itself was a huge disappointment. This is our third time traveling with Maui. This year, we had the "Ultima Plus" model we requested. The dishes were dirty. The vehicle had significant accident damage on the left side, which meant the sliding door wouldn't open properly and often failed to close. We were handed a vehicle with an overflowing grey water tank; we kept wondering why wastewater was leaking out next to the vehicle, which even got us into trouble with a park ranger. The grey water outlet was clogged. After pouring 10 liters of boiling water and half a bottle of dish soap down the sink, it finally worked, and the terrible smell inside the vehicle disappeared. The grey water level indicator wasn't working either. Our conclusion: for the price we paid, we expected more—we could have just as well gone with Apollo or Britz. Everything from staff to the motor home and holiday itself. Would highly recommend! Worthwhile getting platinum pack, just to be sure that your trip is stress free.

Pillows blankets all dirty and bad shape
I supposed to pay for a premium rental
Outside Shower didn’t work
Grey water hose too short plus it was broken and spill water
Main table not working well and not able to fix it in the structure

First time caravanning. Good features

it would be nice if you actually checked your vehicles between customers - my Maui van did not have a 15amp cord, the waste water tank was 1/3 full (probably because the waste water spout was broken off and unusable) and the water pump did not work - a fact I discovered when I booked into a park in Manjimup first night out! We had to get water from an adjacent tap
We had to carry our dishes to camp kitchens to wash them.
And i was not prepared to "just open the valve and drive on a country road" to empty the waste water.
I transferred it by bucket to the drain points in our caravan parks for the entire holiday
The pump was repaired on our third day - on my hire time - and i had to drive it to the repairer..
I found the offer of $500 compensation insulting.
I have just arrived home and intend to take this matter further.

**Great staff, great service and a wonderful holiday!** The Maui team were friendly, helpful and professional. The motorhome was comfortable and made our Western Australia trip enjoyable and memorable. Smooth service from pick-up to return. **Highly recommended and would definitely use Maui again!**

We arrived at the rental site on time but had to wait 45 minutes before a staff member was available. Once attended to, the orientation was thorough and more detailed than our past experience with Britz, which we appreciated.

However, when we discovered the missing awning stick later that evening, our request for delivery was declined. Although staff were polite and offered reimbursement options, none were practical for our situation. A proactive solution, such as delivery or a clearer equipment checklist at collection, would have greatly improved the experience and helped prevent such issues for future customers.

Booking, pickup, and drop off were relatively easy. RV was pretty dirty at pickup.

Motor home has all you need for an amazing camping trip in particular with children, great layout, easy to drive around and also great for colder months with rainy weather. Spacious inside, comfortable beds!
