There was an issue with the storage bed I purchased and had a few issues as I purchased this through Groupon but this was resolved quickly by Mattress Shed.

A great bed, easy to put together, just follow the instructions, very stable and it works perfectly. Loads of storage space and measures are exactly as per description. Great quality. We are so happy with this buy.

Had no problems, placed my order delivered within the stated time, great product... didnt take my boyfriend long to put together either.

My only reservations was the attitude of the courier driver who delivered.

The service was excellent

The bed its self is ok!! But if I had known the base was just a piece of mesh Velcro'd in place then I wouldn't have bought it. Mattress shed's customer service seems to think that is okay and said their site states that it is not a solid base. Well I have looked through the site, I couldn't find a bed called "Michigan Ottoman Bed" and after looking at 6 other beds (then gave up) and only found one that had information about the base and that was the Birlea Ottoman Bed priced at £359 for the double. The Michigan was supposed to be offered at a reduced price reduced from £429 + £29.99 Post and Packing. I can only repeat I am very disappointed and I will also stress my disappointment with Wowcher when I do their product review.

Ordered online had a few probs with sagapay, phone them the next day & the guy sorted it all out very good service.

I ordered a double bed with the small print stating 10working days delivery, after 12 working days I emailed to find out where my product was? I got a rather rude reply saying ok they are running late but it wasn't there fault as the warehouse hasn't sent them out to them, which is fine if I had been warned, after 19working days, 4 weeks later I did receive the bed! Which I was very happy with however after paying £29.99 for delivery that is not optional you would think they would deliver on time!

Bit long with the delivery over 3 weeks but apart from that love my new bed and mattress and staff was always very friendly when I phoned.

For a bed that was purchased on wowcher stated delivery within 10 working days, actually took over 20.

Delivery company one of the worst Ive experienced and I did pay £29.99 for the experience of the first delivery not turning up. Courier gives you 3 hour window but they could never contact the driver when outside delivery window. Arranged delivery for next day without contacting me.

Bed of very poor quality but I suppose you get what you pay for, not even going to waste my time putting it together.

They don't answer the phone and emails take 3 working days for them to answer.

In all a very poor experience NEVER AGAIN

Be aware - I bought an Ottoman double bed and also the sizes of the bed were advertised and correct, the restriction in weight was only mentioned when opening the package. So be warned, the beds only allouw for 80kg of weight which is much too low for one grown up man alone now a days. As we bought a double bed that allows only one person at a time to use it.

Great quality bed assembly was relatively easy. Delivery was a bit of a nightmare but managed to get it sorted out in the end but you really need to keep your customers upto date when you telling me the bed will be dispatched one day but doesn't get dispatched for almost another week. Would use this company again in hope that you sort a few minor issues.

Ordered a bed via wowcher. Waited a month to come in stock, received tracking notice for no bed to appear, had to chase this to discover no bed was sent. Was offered a free upgrade and assured it would be sent out sane week.....over a week later no bed and no answer from any emails or phone calls. Will never use again. If I could give no stars as a choice I would. Terrible company and customer service.

I would like someone to ph ASAP to sort out what is happening with my bed...order number 31126. After ordering my bed on the 1st June through wowcher I waited over 3 weeks and still not heard anything. Then got an email to say it has been dispatched with tracking number etc and will be with me 1 to 3 working days. I took time off work to wait for the delivery. .NO delivery!!! Then I received an email to say there was a mix up with the warehouse and they don't have the bed I ordered in stock and offered me other alternatives. I'm confused on how I was sent a dispatch email with details of it when it was never in stock. I replied nearly 2 weeks ago and accepted the offer of the white double ottoman in white. Was told it would be with me within the week and have not heard anything from you at all. I am really disappointed and would like this sorted
ASAP!!

The item didn't arrive after months of postponing. At one point we were informed it was out with the delivery company and was due in 1-3 days. After 4 days I contacted the delivery company directly who hadn't even been given the item. Having then emailed Mattress Shed to demand answers, I was told it wouldn't be in stock for another 6 weeks. Finally time to go to a different company to buy the bed, from whom the exact same bed arrived 2 days later.

it did take a little longer than I expected to be delivered from the point of ordering however it was an easy efficient service overall and had no problems with the service at all. I will be ordering again. Thank you
