Owned a Dan W in green for around 20 months which took an age to arrive. (ordered 7th September 2023 arrived November 2023)
Initially very happy with watch and what I'd paid for it. £225 wasn't expensive.
Unfortunately the long term review doesn't stand the test of time. Worn approx twice per week, the case is
showing signs of rust. The strap pin holding it to the case has been replaced twice already and is currently requiring another replacement. - the watch is worn loose!
The strap itself has lost any shine / lustre and is now just a dull drab olive green.
The battery had to be replaced - (by a professional) after 9 months and the chronograph hand has never reset to the number "12" but always the number "3". Even the watch repairer couldn't reset it.

Now strap supplied by Matthew Mercury. Clear instructions on how to change.
Concern for all other problems now rectified.

Gift for my husband and he loves it

I purchased the Double Kings Set in late March. Prior to my purchase I had a number of questions about the watches and bundles. Matthew Mercury Watches customer service was extraordinarily responsive, courteous and informative in our email exchanges. Before placing my order I was aware shipping might take up to 30 business days. When my set did not ship within that time frame I contacted customer service to inquire as to the status of my order. Once again, Matthew Mercury Watches customer service was 100% engaged and helpful. Unfortunately, there seemed to be shipping issues which were out of their control, which created a significant delay in final delivery, but they maintained courteous communication with updates throughout. When I received my watches I was thrilled... The Dan W Blue Rubber and Yellow Spider which I received were just as beautiful as I had hoped. (Subsituting the Black Spider for the Yellow Spider was part of my pre-order communication with customer service.) The watches are stunning! The pushpins and crown have a quality feel and the polish to the case is perfect. The contour of the case and feel of the quick-release straps make the watches extremely comfortable. After wearing them a couple times I purchased an additional (white) strap which I plan on pairing with the white-faced Dan W for special occassions. While the delay in receiving my watches was frustrating the quality of the watches once received and engagement of Matthew Mercury Watches customer service made my purchase experience positive in the end. I highly recommend Matthew Mercury Watches for the quality of their products and, most especially, for the quality of their customer service.

I am not a big review writer but when you have customer service as good as the one I just had, I needed to write. I was having trouble installing a rubber strap I purchased. The customer service representative I was dealing with was named Mike. To say that he could not do enough to find a solution is the understatement of the year! He was fantastic and told him that his quick, professional, and solution oriented response has made a customer for life. This on top of the watch being beautiful! Highly recommend!

My experience was positive because I felt your presence and the willing to be by my side throughput the purchasing process until the product was delivered.

I was getting messages that my watch was shipping but when I went to the tracking app, there was no information. Sent an email and got a quick response that they were working on the transit of the watch, and within a few days later it arrived. Great communication!

Shipping process is not up to date. 48 hrs later and still no shipping info other than tracking saying order received. This was all completed on a business day.

The watch is pretty nice. The communication, especially regarding shipping lacks a lot.

Purchased the Dan W - Rubber Blue for my upcoming wedding. It arrived today, 2 weeks after ordering. Absolutely beautiful watch.

Also, the customer service was fantastic. I emailed to check if my watch would be delivered on time, as the website and email stated that delivery can take up to 30 days with pre-orders. They responded very quickly and couldn’t do enough.

My first order from Matthew Mercury Watches. I have a feeling it won’t be my last.

This watch is even better in person! Watch is really well done, and the gold details make it stand out. Looks beautiful, feels amazing, and gets compliments all the time. Pre-order took a bit, but honestly, it was worth it. Super happy with my purchase!

delivering within 10 days, everything perfect. Watch looks great. Support ( chat ) is amazing, had a question about adjusting the big second hand, got the answer within second and the problem is solved. Great experience over all.
The brown leather strap looks on the pictures bit better then in reality, and the blue rubber strap is slightly darker then on the pictures, but very nice.

Top notch customer support from Matthew Mercury. I had some user error issues setting the watch up, but was able to instantly chat with a rep (after normal business hours). I also had a broken pin on the strap which they were quick to send a replacement and even offered a gift for the trouble. Great first impression. Thanks!

4 months back, I surprised my husband with the Silver Circle watch for Christmas. To my delight, it was a hit! He's been sporting it with a grin ever since. The watch has a unique style - a breath of fresh air in a sea of replicas.

I have just received my watch and love it! As it was my first purchase, I was a bit apprehensive with the time from payment to receiving but I needn’t have worried, it all worked out well and whenever I had a query around the purchase, the team were very helpful and quick to respond.
