Total scam. Ordered 6/2/2025, never received delivery. June 8, 2025 emailed the company, received 2 separate responses with completely different information. One, “we’re sorry, but just so back logged... See more

The worst product and 0 customer service
If there was a 0 star rating I would give them that. Everything about this company and their product is a scam. They don't care about customers and don't follow their own policy. You are wasting your time and money. I have waited 3 weeks to get the product, tried it once and it doesn't agree with my skin. I contacted them, they take weeks and several emails to answer and they offered me a 50% refund but I've never see it. Because they gave me the run around to have to wait for and approval, from a so called "Manager" and in reality I was starting over with someone else from the beginning a few different timrs. I've gotten nowhere and it has been 3 months. I'm so frustrated I'm beyond annoyed right now but I'm at the point where is not about the $$ or the aggravation anymore. Is about the principle. I've got the time so I'll make it my mission to write everywhere until they stop ripping people off!!!! This is not the right way to do business and this stuff is the worst product I have ever bought. If you want to buy the legit stuff get the Forever Bloom biomimic foundation.
Return Nightmare
Oh this company. I ordered the color match foundation and got one free. I get it, I see no difference and decide to return it. I email asking what I need to do to return...on January 25, 2025. I finally got a response on March 6, 2025. I'm told I can return it as long as it's within the 30 day window of purchasing lol well I didn't get an email until day 40 so now I'm S**T out of luck? Gerald tells me the delay in email response was due to distribution delays...what??? Well that makes no sense! And not my fault, but they won't extend their 30 day return. This company is a joke all around!
FRAUD ALERT
I too bought the buy one bottle get one free. The website said there was a 100% satisfaction guarantee with 100% money back. I used the foundation one time and it broke my face out in red raised places. I emailed the company more than once before I got a reply, and when they got back to me they said they were sorry and hoped giving me a 50% refund. I used it once!!! Reporting to BBB and FTC.
Never received my product
Never received my product, I have emailed them 3 times with out a single response. I ordered on January 26th and as of March 1st still have not received.
Buyer beware
I ordered the 4 in 1 tone match foundation. It was a buy one get one free. I also paid $4.95 for expedited shipping. The order was placed on January 21, 2025 and received on February 18, 2025. It was shipped from Florida so it should not have taken that long even without express shipping.
I received 2 small white plastic bottles with computer printed labels, they were not sealed or in a box of any kind. Just placed in a bubble envelope. The product is a white cream that did not change in color as advertised. I have purchased foundation products that do change to match your skin tone. I thought that I was purchasing the same product that I had previously purchased. It definitely was not. I sent 3 or more emails and finally got a response from Gerald telling me that they would not refund my money due to the product not being in its original packaging. Which it was in the packaging that was sent to me. I even supplied him with pictures. The website also advertised Satisfaction Guaranteed. They do not. This is a scam and it needs to be stopped immediately somehow. There are a lot of people writing exactly what I encountered. They are making a lot of money and getting away with it.
This product is just watered down…
This product is just watered down lotion, SCAM!

Omg worst product
Omg! Wish I would have know before I ordered. Total scam 😒 no coverage only white moisturizer.
The only thing right about this product…
The only thing right about this product is I received it in a timely manner.
I wish I would’ve read the reviews before purchasing this product. I received my order pretty quick and within the same day tried the product. It does not do what they advertise it to do. It’s basically just a lotion. I contacted MATCH Cosmetics three different times, they finally responded the third time and asked for photos of the product that I received which I sent them and to date it’s been crickets. Nothing!! There is no information on their moneyback guarantee, there’s no way to find out what that is or how to start a refund process. There is also no way to leave a review which had I read, I would not have ordered the product. I was very disappointed in what I received and how they have handled my request for a refund. I didn’t pay much attention to what the bottle said, because it matched the bottles that were in the advertisement, but my bottle says Ee Hope!! What and who is that?!!
I just sent them another email so we'll see if they respond.
Please read this before ordering
Total scam! I asked for a refund because the product was not a foundation and provides absolutely no coverage. The email I received from them stated that to qualify for a refund, "the item must remain in its original, unused condition..." Do not fall for this scam. What shameless people!
I wish I read reviews before I bought it
I wish I read reviews before I bought this‼️They got me too ‼️taught me a real good lesson. I make mistakes but I learn from them. Never again ‼️everything the reviews say is all true‼️I threw it right in the trash‼️
Total scam
Total scam! I wish I would’ve seen these reviews before giving them my money.
It’s just lotion.
If I could give a zero I would
If I could give a zero I would! Don’t fall for this junk! It’s white lotion and the company is robbing people out of money. One guy asked me to send picture of label and product and I did but never heard back after that!!!! Total scam!!!
Well I only gave this a 1 star bc zero…
Well I only gave this a 1 star bc zero was not an option. Total scam. It's a cheap white lotion with no color at all. Left my face dry and flushed red with no make up qualities or coverage. I'll never fall for this kind of scam again. They should be ashamed of themselves...and like the many other reviews, no customer service response. I would not even use this as a moistirizer either, bc I do not trust what is in the bottles.
Can’t even believe I fell for this
Can’t even believe I fell for this. Not even worth the review. Only reason I’m leaving one is to warn others who might be considering this product. I got two small plastic white bottles that have watery lotion in them. Not a foundation, doesn’t change to match skin tone, doesn’t even moisten my hands let alone do anything for my face. There is nothing about the product I received that comes remotely close to what is being depicted and advertised! The label isn’t even legit. It’s printed on a sticker that’s all crumpled up. Whoever is selling this is making a killing off of a huge bait and switch scam. Reaching out for refunds or to make complaints falls on deaf ears and you won’t get a response. After researching several sites about this product, I ran across a woman who has proof that her live viral videos of the VERY LEGIT (and wildly growing popular) product “Forever Bloom” were stolen and used by this company “Match”. Which has been also going viral on social media sites as well. Also found proof that “Forever Bloom” is taking legal action against this company for several reasons.
DONT DO IT LADIES! Just don’t!
Don’t Fall for This.
Took over a month. Label looks like it was printed in a high school class. First ingredient is water! Actually made my skin flush red. Turns out it’s an expensive moisturizer (fell for the buy 1 get 1 free) before you apply real color match makeup like Almay.
What a rip off!
What a rip off!! I purchased 2 bottles from a BOGO deal. After waiting a month, it finally arrived and the bottles were a white package not what was shown when ordering. This did absolutely nothing for me as a foundation. There is no color match at all. I tried reaching out for a refund but have yet to hear back, so I did a dispute with my bank to get my money back. DO NOT waste your time with this product. Wish I could give it -100 stars!
Not the “Match Cosmetics” you think…..
I received the 2for1 white bottles of something I thought was the real Match Cosmetics Company product.
It was others have said just a white cream in a pump bottle.
I tried to contact the company but it came back as undelivered no address available.
So much for a refund……
It's garbage
Such a SCAM!
Such a SCAM!! It took almost a month to get the but one get one foundation. When I received the order it was literally 2 generic white bottles filled with a white moisturizer not foundation. It looks like someone printed out the labels on their home computer. The emails for proof of purchase have no info to call the company and there’s no info to be found on the 30 day money back. This is seriously overpriced moisturizer. Do not waste your time or money on this crap! If I could give a zero star I would. I hate lazy people/businesses who take advantage of consumers with stuff like this. Instead of doing honest work they scam people out of their hard earned money.
