I took a break from my career to complete a 4-month Weiterbildung in IT Recruiting, German Labor Law, and AI Application in HR. It was one of the best decisions I’ve made. The course directly filled the skill gaps I had in my field, and the knowledge I gained gave me the exact preparation and confidence I needed for my interviews. In fact, I landed the very first job I applied for right as I finished the program!

As a non-native speaker with a B1–B2 German level, I was initially concerned about whether I could follow everything, since all three modules were taught in German. However, the lecturers and materials were so considerate and well-structured that I was able to follow along smoothly. The program not only built my professional expertise but also significantly improved my German language skills.

The entire support network—including the Student Success team, Career Coaching support, lecturers, and Learning Experience Managers—was absolutely fantastic throughout. I would 100% recommend MOD Education to anyone looking to upskill and advance their career!

My experience with the course AI-Driven Talent and People Management has been great so far! It is totally adapted to my needs and to my style of learning. Not only are the teachers sincerely dedicated and inspiring, but the overall experience is really well organised. The content is quite diverse and of very good quality. Moreover, with the newly implemented platform Discord, the communication also improved a lot and is way easier. For me, it is perfect because it's a 100% remote course. Nonetheless, this doesn't mean we are left alone with our content. There is a real community feeling, and the follow-ups and framing from the teaching team are excellent.

The course content and Design is very well structured and is at the right depth which would be helpful for any HR professional. The topics covered practical HR use cases and Real life business scenarios.
Our facilitator, Kristof, is a Real Subject matter expert and he effectively made us learn the concepts and apply them.
The support staff of MOD are also quite responsive and learner-focused.
