Excellent customer service and prices

Excellent customer service and a good quality of regalia provided at an acceptable price.
An easy web site to navigate and a good choice of regalia in all of the Masonic Orders!
I have used them and will I suspect may well use them again.

Brethren do not use this retailer

My order included a ritual book which was not delivered with rest of the order. An attempt was made to contact the retailer and a message was left on an answerphone. There has been no attempt to contact me to rectify the situation and I have paid for an item that has not been delivered. I will never use this retailer again and advise all Brethren to keep clear of it.

No worries with sizing or delivery.

I was worried about buying the wrong size for my KT Regalia, but the sizing guide is spot on and everything fits really well.
The delivery was equally satisfactory, with every item delivered in a single box; apart from the sword which naturally came seperate.
Overall I am very pleased with my purchase and would happily shop again.
