Wish I had read all the reviews first before purchasing " a beautiful Cashmere cardigan!" which turned out to be a printed shirt!. Oh well a valuable lesson learnt lol

Ordered a cat ornament. Understood it wouldn't be high quality but shocked by how poor it was and how different in appearance from the website photo.

Ordered a beige mens shirt but rec'd a white one of extremely poor quality. Have emailed the company but after now reading other reviews I'm not expecting a reply. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Just recieved my dress and it is nothing like the description it supposed to be it is absolutely awful it is supposed to be wool and it is polyester!!It has come from China not London. Do not buy from this company they are sharks .!!!

If I could give this site a zero I would. It is a disgraceful company with seriously dodgy refund policy. The extremely poor quality of the items is shockingly bad. I feel completely ripped off by this scammer company

The biggest load of crooks I have ever been unfortunate enough to order from.
Once was enough. Steer clear of this unscrupulous bunch! They will do anything to trick and cheat you.

Delivery late, coat NOTHING like that advertised, then turns out company in China, delayed giving return info and then stated that as on discount, couldn't return anyway. Do not touch this company, shouldn't be allowed to trade in the UK considering the number of other negative reviews!!!

This has now been investigated by National Cyber Security Further to previous complaints, by other consumers. Also, Internet Web crime organisations. BBC Watchdog.

The delivery was beyond late. I had to chase up more than once. When it eventually arrived, I went to try the top & couldn't understand what was wrong.
It then became apparent that the seam from the bottom of the right side of the garment all the way to the top of the sweater .
Having reported the fault I then discovered i was expected to pay to return the item, despite i had taken photos of the damaged item.
Clearly I will never buy from them ever again!

Useless company, possibly a scam. They do not want to accept a return even though they advertised it to start with. The company is registered in China and had no address in the UK. Has anyone thought of suing them?

Ordered a coat from these scamers my heart sank when it took so long to arrive it was then I realised it was some more tat from China the Internet seems to be full of these scamers from China when this so call puffer coat arrived it was completely crap no padding and very flimsy you couldn't even go out in it on a mild day tried to get a refund no answer to my e mails so a complete scam

Absolute rip off don’t buy anything from them. Product I bought nothing like received and they won’t give refund despite saying they will on the website. All fake reviews on there actual website. Should be called Martha china

Please do not deal with this company! I ordered a polo shirt for my husband and a handbag for myself, which was described as leather and looked wonderful in the photos. When they FINALLY arrived after 3/4 weeks, the handbag was clearly plastic and resembled a shopping bag more than a handbag! The polo shirt which was described as cotton, was a cheap silky material and nothing like the photo!
When I contacted MarthaLondon I was told I was not eligible for a refund as the items were sold in a promotion! What they offered me was a 50% refund on my next purchase, which is worth nothing as I would never order from them again!
Please be aware, these are cheap items sold from China and not worth the money they are asking.

Can I urge reviewers to contact the BBC programme Watchdog? Maybe, if we get enough people to do that, they might investigate this scam company.

Please stay well away from this company paid over 60 euro for a red dress. The dress looked really nice and good quality on website. Dress got delivered and you can see through it. The material is that bad and out of shape. Please do not I repeat do not waste your money stay well away from this company.

The images of products on line bear no resemblance to the product sent. Very poor quality materials and sizing. Need to be examined under Trade Descriptions Act. Complete con.

I ordered what was advertised as the Maxime Men’s Casual Vintage Polo Shirt for £30 as a Christmas gift for my dad. The website described it as “handmade with care and passion,” “soft fabric, gentle on the skin,” and offering a 30-day money-back guarantee.”

What arrived after three weeks was nothing like the listing. An awful, cheap polyester shirt, clearly drop-shipped from China. The fabric felt synthetic and flimsy – genuinely so poor that I’m convinced it would melt or go up instantly if exposed to heat. Completely unsuitable as a gift and nowhere near the product shown online.

I contacted Martha London to request a returns form, but despite emailing, I’ve received no response. Their advertised money-back guarantee is clearly meaningless – no returns process, no customer service, nothing.

This mirrors what other reviewers have said – misleading descriptions, poor-quality items, and false guarantees. I regret not reading the reviews beforehand and feel misled by their Trustpilot score.

Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Just received my order, and to be honest I'm very disappointed. I didn't realise the Trust pilot reviews were false until I came here. The jumpers are very poor quality and sizing could be better. After reading the reviews here I don't expect to get my money back. Buy will update if the company is at least honest about their returns guarantee

Don't buy from this company they sell very poor quality clothing and do not send a return address.They will not refund you. Be warned.!!!!
