Zero, Null, Nada, Nill stars, this is a continuation of Harclay London, same idea, sell Temu clothes and bags through fake drop ship sites, avoid avoid avoid.

Clothing was nothing like the photos, tiny sizes and shoddy quality. When I asked for a refund I was told that no products bought at discount could be returned - tho of course ALL their products are ALWAYS sold at a discount! Whatever you do, do not buy from this site it is a pure scam.

My top isn't as it looks in the photo. In the photo they look like washed out, soft cotton. In fact they are harsh, modern, non-washed out material. Poor fit on the arms too. This, in my opinion, is a one hit scam! Sell a load & run!"

This company must be the worst ever. I ordered some Christmas presents from them in November and they did not arrive until mid January. The quality was also extremely poor and when I tried to return them the excuses they gave for not accepting returns beggars belief. Only after threatening to report them to Chinese Trading Standards did the agree to refund half the cost (£150). I fully intend to pursue the balance through my credit card.

If you have been unfortunate enough to place an order with them and are unhappy with the outcome do not let them away with it. If you intend to place an order with them my advice would be DON’T

SCAMMERS! Do not give your money to these people. They are not a registered Uk company. Sent me some cheap and nasty rubbish, very unlike anything I ordered.
They refuse to refund or let me send it back. Although have offered me 50% off my next purchase!! As if I’d buy anything from them again. In my last communication with them I suggested that they may like to send me the item that I original order, but haven’t heard back.

Ordered marble cat. Took 3 weeks to arrive, It’s not marble and is cheap fake material with ugly eyes nothing like the picture advertises. An absolute scam I hope the company is put out of business as they are just defrauding customers

This company is fraudulent. I ordered from them in an earlier incarnation, and was ripped off big time.
The dresses were shocking, awful fabric, badly made, bad sizing. Pattern and fabric didn’t resemble the pictures. Shocking returns process.
I embarked on a returns process wchich lasted a year!!! I wasn’t giving up. I’d say to you don’t bother. If you have ordered and received your rubbish clothes then get any money you can from them. The items I returned didn’t make it back into China they were stopped at customs. I then received the awful dresses back a year later!!!
Even a charity shop wouldn’t want them.

They don’t have social media accounts now because people report them. They just run ads on Google and state fake Trust pilot reviews.. Report this website via Google please. Don’t order anything from a random website until you have checked on Trust Pilot first

Can only agree with previous reviews - if only I had read them before ordering. Very disappointing. Avoid.

Shirts are supposed to be XL but wouldn't fit an action man doll and are of poor quality.
Asked for return procedure for a refund but I'm not holding my breath after reading the reviews.
How are they allowed to keep trading?

They are not taking return but offered a discount on my next order of 50%, what a scam, they need shutting down the dishonest b------ that they are...
I've reported them to Google and think everyone who has been ripped off should do the same.
Update...Google replied by saying they are doing nothing wrong and are operating within the guidelines, unbelievable when you look at all the reviews from ripped off people.

Product was very poor quality and they refused to take it back. Only offering me a 50% off voucher for use in the future as if I’m ever going to buy anything from them again.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered! It's absolute rubbish, my item was advertised as (a knit) , what I received was cheap material. It's absolutely disgusting what people can do nowadays by getting money from customers. It's a disgrace that they allowed to advertise on Google.

I have also had a bad experience with Martha Lonon. Do NOT buy anything from them. Extremely poor quality, not what they advertise, and not the size. Cannot return and get a refund as bought on a promotional sale, which most things are.
DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGEPOLE.

Everything about this company stinks!! They have ripped me off for £59 & seems like there is nothing I can do about it!! They sent me a jacket after I waited for weeks. It was far too small. I ordered large. They would not send me a return label so I'm stuck with this crap!! Please stay well away from this ripoff company 😤

Had a terrible experience with this company just to clarify your rights on returns please read.
"Items purchased during a sale can only be exchanged... or a voucher."
Illegal: If you change your mind on a sale item bought online, you are entitled to a full cash refund (excluding return shipping) within 14 days, not just a voucher.
"The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer" (for faulty items).
Illegal: If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you should not have to pay for return shipping. The seller must cover this or provide a prepaid label.
I was a fool and took a chance,They are advertising on Facebook.and Instagram. The coat i bought was a Jacket.The material is horrible and cheap.

They won't send a returns label address so you are stuck with their rubbish quality clothing & they have your money!

ordered 2 shirts, when they eventually turned up 3 weeks later they looked nothing like the poster I ordered them from, when I put them on I couldn't get my arms down the sleeves and the length just about reached my belly button, cheap crappy fabric. No refund only a 50 percent voucher off my next purchase....yeah! Like I'm going to make a next purchase

Quality of goods is very poor - nothing like the picture. Check sizing as items vary.
They won't offer refund if item was bought in a promotion just a voucher with 50% off towards another purchase which is useless, would never order from them again.
You can't just return the items as you have to wait for them to send you a return form which they won't do as they offered you a voucher!

Ordered a jacket from what i thought was a uk based company found out when it took nearly 4 weeks to arrive that it wasnt, the quality of the jacket is very low grade & wrong sized. It cost me £50 (i got a better quality jacket from temu for £16) I wanted to return it & according to them cant, as i got it on a promotion. The "promotion" was a first order. I wish id read up about martha london before i ordered as i certainly wouldnt have been conned out of £50.
