They think they are smarter than an average Retail Outlet..photos and everything.
They Reduce all items to make the consumer feel like they are getting a discount..The whole App is discounted meaning you can not Return...
Even in the App it clearly states that you can Exchange which they also do not Honour. AVOID THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOUR PURCHASE FITS.

I agree with other reviewers that one star is too many
Ordered a coat in size large What arrived was a small and it and not good quality material
I contacted them they told me that because it was a promotion their policy is too not refund On further looking at the website
EVERYTHING is on promotion so no refunds then ever
They offered me a 50% voucher to further order from them Are they mad??
Beware this site Do not use it !!!

Omg every review exactly I experienced with this so called company false advertising but it looks fab

Please cancel my order as at no time onyour website you state about closing and working from garage
But you can have a website that looks genius for that reason cancel plz
Email recieved that gods are already dispatched
So I paid on clearpay
Which stalled payment so give time to return

Now this company stated I can refuse delivery
Did not have a chance too
So emailed again
I emailed the courier
With tracking in red states
Authorised to leave
Really with whomgave this authorisation cause I certainly did not so fraudulent to put this
So I'm fighting with clear pay
And this company
But I like to state that all you that have purchased from this company
Note you have rights to get your money back

Sadly i cant mark as 0..This Company provide substandard products and items are absolutely nothing like as advertised.,which i think could be classed as false advertising.This company has made me look at reviews all the time before i make a purchase.
As everyone has reviewed you cant return the item because you purchased using a promotion,they then offer a voucher to put towards more substandard products which are falsely advertised.
I urge everyone..put your money to good use and buy something worth the money but DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

Very late delivery. They claim because closing , but still advertising. Got it today: I ordered large mans and have a small woman’s. No point in returning as company is pathetic and if I keep it , it may fit my granddaughter!!! Avoid this company at all costs!!!

I wish I had read the honest reviews before I bought from this site, I cannot stress strongly enough how poor the quality of the item was, it was supposed to be knitted ladies cardigan and looks more like a cheap and nasty man's shirt.
No return label and no tags on item, site states they will only accept returned goods with labels intact.
Also have numerous slightly different email/contact addresses!

Purchased a Ladies jacket on Martha London, arrived 4 weeks later and was very poor quality. When we requested a refund the same day, Martha London replied and refused any return or refund saying that it was part of a promotional offer.

I wish I'd read the reviews before spending so much money. Their marketing and sales pitch was very convincing. However, what actually arrived was very thin, poor quality fabric that clearly says 'made in china'.
If you want fast and cheap fashion Shein is far superior quality to this. I will be lucky to get 10 wears before they fall apart at the seems. So disappointing.

Item received was poor quality, not as depicted and not sized correctly. Nothing that Martha London sells is eligible for return because items that are on sale are not eligible for return. Everything that Martha London sells is on sale, so nothing is eligible to be returned.
Item now being donated to the local charity shop.

I ordered a coat and then inadvertently ordered the same. I emailed the firm and explained no reply. Today 2 coats were delivered. Again I emailed the fir m re returning the coats -no reply. They don’t accept returns if the items are in the sale everything is discounted so no chance. I have never see such Shoddy Cheap material. They weren’t even worth half the sale price. They not even good enough for any charity shop, so it’s the dustbin. I wish I’d seen people’s reviews before I ordered.

I ordered a cardigan and I am still waiting for it. I am so disgusted with this company. What ever happens DONT buy anything. I am taking this further. Beware martha london, you stuck!!!!!

I was stupid enough to be scammed by this appalling company, who sent me a badly made inferior quality shirt which buttoned up the wrong way and was nothing like the photo or description. I opened a dispute resolution with my bank as they refused me a refund, and I have now received a full refund thanks to my bank.

I only gave 1 star because there is not an option for zero. Do not buy from this company they are scammers selling misdescribed goods. I ordered a glossy shiny cat head big enough to fill 2 hands as per photo. I received a bright blue lump of plastic that stank of chemicals looked like it was made by a pre school.

After repeated requests for a return form - still had no response for nearly a month - they have no intention of responding - completley wasted nearly £50 from this company.

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

Avoid this company like the plague!! Liars and scammers! You order an item which looks perfect, and after they have your money, it all goes downhill!! You will wait weeks for the item to arrive from China, and when it does arrive (squashed up in a small parcel) you will find an item several sizes smaller than you ordered, and which looks like a rag. You won't be able to return it to get your money back, because, whether you realised it or not, you bought it in a sale, or during a promotion! They will, however, offer you a voucher - 50% off your next purchase!!! Go for it, if you want to continue banging your head against the brick wall.

Scammers. I would recommend that you do not buy from these people. Ordered knitwear but a shirt arrived of Inferior material poorly sewn not knitted!! Refund return form not issued as apparently goods were ordered under a promotion irrespective that it was not what was ordered. Unwearable!!Sent to charity shop.A total waste of money.

Terrible poor quality clothes. I wanted to return them but have had not been able to. The clothes were slow to arrive and the customer service is also slow to respond. Please do not be fooled. Do not order clothes from here.

Ordered three jumpers from Martha London. Immediately suspicious when they said they had moved all stock to a garage and closed their shop.
So looked at reviews.
Emailed them 5 times to get order cancelled and refund me the purchase price.
They never responded and today 4days after I asked to cancel order the notified me that it was dispatched.
Expecting to receive rubbish.
As everything they sell is discounted they don't offer refunds.
An expensive mistake.
They should not be allowed to advertise all over Google. Just a SCAM.

DO NOT but anything from this company.
Their advertised products are totally misleading. I ordered, what looked like a lovely knitted tartan Cardigan, only to receive a cheap shirt!
They offered me 50% off my next order ( why would I buy anything from them again) and a 15% discount off of my £32.99 order what an insult !
Marha London you should be ashamed of yourselves for not caring what your customers actually receive ! Trading standards now need to know about this.
