DO NOT BUY!!!! Ordered and received a poor quality product with a broken zip. 5 days, emails, Instagram messages and no response to my email. I highly doubt I’ll get a refund!!!

Do not use this company...totally abysmal products, returns process and redress. Worst I've ever been unfortunate to deal with...ought to be blacklisted immediately. DO NOT USE, unless you want to get scammed!

The dress i ordered was nothing like shown it was poor quality and awful when itried to get refund they refused saying it was a promotional offer which it wasnt i would advice anyone thinking of using these you should read the appalling reviews which im sorry to say i didnt

Utterly appalling products - shoddy material which was not as depicted. This company should not be trading. No refund as they claim bought on a promotion - this is a good excuse as they will make out all purchases are on a promotion so never have to make a refund.

I had the same experience as all the other reviewers even though I had set out consumer laws to them. Fortunately I had paid by credit card so was able to use the "cashback" scheme which means that your credit card company can take the money back out of their account after you have told them the goods are available for collection from you and after a period of 16 days to give them the opportunity to do so. Marthalondon refused refunds throughout and they can dispute the cashback if they think they have good reason but in my case they paid up straight away without further argument. i would suggest that everyone else does the same. They won't last much longer if everyone gets their money back.

The picture of the dress online did not match what I received. The material so thin you can see through it. The tummy cover is non existent. There are no darts on the dress. It is shapeless. The only accurate thing was the colour. No labels, so no washing info or description of material. It's like something I made at school when I was learning, at 11 years old.

I got conned by this company. Its a scam .a year ago ..can't believe they are still doing it 2026.

I am being to recognise these scam company's by what I see on the websites and the wording please look at the wording if it state a uk address but better still ask your bank to flag you when you use a site outside of your normal purchases ,also sites that the banks have flagged up to them . My bank has saved me a large amount of stress free shopping ,santander for me is a very good bank geared towards the middle and lower income to protect your money and your health.

SCAMMER ALERT!!!! When I read other reviews im thinking at least the other reviewers recieved their orders after constantly emailing the company them telling me to get intouch with the shipping agent (only then I realised it's a Chinese company) I've had no order they state delivery had occurred to where I don't know so I have no shoddy goods as other reviews have stated i'm still trying to get my money refunded as no order received this has been going on for 3 months DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

Clothes received were totally unsuitable. I was told that because they were bought as part of a promotion that returns and refunds not given. This is totally against consumer rights, this company should be investigated by Trading Standards. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I ordered Lise/Orthopaedic Loafers, they looked so good on their site. When they arrived they were nothing like shown, cheap & nasty, size was wrong too. I emailed the company (Martha London) and asked for a refund
They said they don,t give refunds on promotional goods,but that wasn’t made clear, they offered me as a good will gesture 50% voucher to use with them. There has been so many people caught out this way., I don’t know how they are allowed to get away with it. This is such a bad company , I will never use them again AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Lovely long slieved, vintage style, tee shirts advertised for men, very avant-garde indeed. They were clearly Denim material very fashionable with shades of colours that I had never heard of like persimmon etc. So I ordered two.
Imagine my surprise when my package came. Squeezed up in a tight bag with no invoice or bill of sale but there was worse to come. These tee shirts were of cheap cotton not the same as advertised with colours so bright, green and yellow, so revolting they almost made me sick and I could only cry to think I had been caught for 53 pounds for these two shirts. These were not the shirts I ordered. I complained immeadiately only to be offered a half price voucher no doubt to be spent at Martha's of london. I told them what they coud do with that and demanded my money back.
They said how sorry they were to hear of my negative shopping experience (really!) and they would try to do better next time. There won't be a next time..

I have never had such a bad experience with a company as this .Good total and utter rubbish. No refund for "goods bought on promotion"🤫🤔 Now trying to get some kind of resolution via report fraud and credit card company

Avoid Martha of London – Extremely Poor Quality and Refusal to Refund

I had a very disappointing experience with Martha of London and would strongly advise others to be cautious before purchasing.

I placed an order worth £480 in November believing this was a legitimate UK-based company. Shortly after placing the order, I came across multiple negative reviews raising serious concerns, so I cancelled within a few hours – well within their stated 14-day cancellation period.

Despite this, the company claimed the order had been dispatched and provided a tracking number that did not link to any recognised courier. I was advised to refuse delivery, but parcels were left unattended outside my home and even delivered to a neighbour without notification, making refusal impossible.

When I finally received the items and inspected them, the quality was extremely poor:

Items did not match the website descriptions
Very cheap materials
Loose threads, damaged zips, and poor stitching
Overall nothing like what was advertised

When I requested a return, they refused to provide the necessary return form and instead tried to rely on a “no refund on sale items” policy. They then offered only a small partial refund (15%), which is unacceptable given the condition and misrepresentation of the goods.

This experience raises serious concerns about how this company operates, particularly around product quality, transparency, and their handling of refunds.

I would strongly recommend doing thorough research before purchasing and being aware of your consumer rights.

Do not buy from this company from china once again small fitting sizes not correct offered no refund or return only 50% of nxt Order what a scam should be closed down

I ordered a dress and cardigan from this company received dress first would only fit a very small child not a medium adult. When cardigan came it was not knitted but a shiny nylon fabric which was finished of badly and was too small. Will never buy from these again the adverts look great but products are nothing like they show.

Goods arrived were too small, contacted company for return details told sale or promotional items are not covered by returns policy. Pointed out that this is in breach of UK consumer law and eventually company stopped corresponding with me. Citizens advice bureau next stop.

Please do not use this company. They are a totally false company hiding behind obscure trading terms and conditions. Any queries or complaints are answered by A.I. generated stock replies. They are a scam company of the very worst kind because they try to convince you that they are doing everything to help. Also,beware I am convinced they have other companies selling the exact same things with the same obscure terms and conditions. STAY AWAY.

Had the same issues,spoke to my bank who resolved this and got my refund!
