We purchased a graduation gown rental and a photo package. The graduation gown was fine, but the graduation photos were a disappointment when we received them. The photos were washed out and the colours were dull. We complained to customer service and received excellent after sales service. The photos were re-edited to enhance the colours, and were then re-printed. Overall, it was not great to receive poor photos in the first place, but we were impressed that the issue was resolved in the end in an amicable and efficient manner. The customer service staff were always friendly and helpful.

Booked for a university graduation. Pictures are nicely taken and photographer was friendly. It is difficult to see which ones to pick as the previews you receive are so so small and the the "frames" you get are useless cheap pieces of paper that can damage the photos when you try to slide them in. Do not use them! I wouldn't use this service again or recommend to anyone graduating.

Unfortunately this company was used by my college for my graduation. I had booked photographs to be taken. Received an email to tell me that my photographs were ready to view. What a shock I got! The photographs were not of me. I emailed to complain. I’ve had no response. I can’t rewind time and redo the graduation ceremony.

Spoke with Rheanna on live chat and was so so helpful. I managed to sort my issue out and felt very reassured. Great team!

Today I called with three requests: first, to select my favorite graduation photo; second, to edit the photo so that my hair looks neat; and third, to confirm my most up-to-date address before mailing. The staff gave me very clear and timely answers, which made me feel reassured. They were patient and caring throughout. I am very satisfied and really appreciate the service. Thank you!

Gowning and photo service went well despite the huge rush on the day, and delivery came without a problem. It did take quite a while to dispatch however.

The staff(Sue and Margaret) were quite welcoming and prepared the gowns well.

On the day organised and photographer really nice but website pre event clumsy and user experience poor.
Then wait weeks for the images the super surly staff quote the terms and conditions very poor customer experience.
Clearly take on too many events and service is bad

I was charged extra customs because of the missing statement of origins of the goods on your side! UK->EU shipment. Under the EU-UK Trade and Cooperation agreement, the goods wouldn’t have been a subject of customs duty, but due to your laziness/incompetence no origin statement was added in the shipment!!! I demand refund of the unnecessary custom duties I had to pay.

Graduated 15 July and had professional photos taken by this company. I was very pleased with the man who positioned me and took my photos, his name is Raphael and I can’t recommend enough 10/10
