Had problems with air sourced heating since installed January this year. Heating just keeps going off. Costing a fortune to keep reheating from cold. Engineers been out four times now and can't fix problem. Bathroom thermostats are in the hall outside and not working so bathrooms cold. Promised they would put internal thermostats two months ago and still waiting for them to come out.
Been on phone again this morning as heating gone off overnight again but no one called me back. Some one turned up hours later without calling to let me know.

The service from Marshall & McCourt has been superb from preliminary discussions about the possibilities for reducing our carbon output through to installation of a battery & upgrading the solar panels and then follow up support. The crew who did the work on one of the hottest days of the year couldn't have been better. There was a problem with the battery which was down to the suppliers not Marshall McCourt, but the effort put into resolving it was unstinting. We are delighted with the performance of the system they installed and wouldn't hesitate to use the company again for any work we wanted doing.

Marshall and McCourt responded promptly to our request for a quote to install an ASHP. They applied for a Government Boiler Upgrade grant on our behalf. Once that grant was secured, Marshall and McCourt installed our ASHP as a replacement for our existing oil fired boiler. The work was completed in 3 days with the minimum of fuss. Staff were polite and professional and we have been left with a working system which we are very happy with.
