We had our boiler installed by Marshall & McCourt two years ago, and the outstanding service we received then continues to impress us. Recently, we received an email reminder from them regarding the upcoming service for our boiler was due. I promptly contacted them and scheduled an appointment for the service the following week.

Had a quote for a boiler and radiators. The engineer was patronising throughout the full 45 minute sales pitch and then the quote took over 2 weeks to be emailed to me. This quote was over £1,000 more than similar competitors and therefore disregarded very quickly

Really impressed with Ryan and the rest of the team. After an initial mis-communication at the beginning of the design process, Ryan and the team have been great. They have worked with us to help get our new heat pump installed and commissioned.

The team at Marshall and McCourt have been incredibly efficient and professional throughout with overall good communications regarding timelines, on-site days etc and the final result is reflected in the quality of the work that the team have delivered for us over the entire project.

As we are on day 1 of having the ASHP installed, I cannot comment on the system much apart from the fact the house is now starting to feel warm again! One set of happy customers later, we would recommend M&M to anyone looking at moving away from gas to more renewable sources.
