After years of itchy red skin, patchy fur, lots of nasty niffs coming from the back end and an age of trying different foods - raw, frozen and fresh, we have now found Marleybones and aren't we happy we did!! .
Ralphie dog loved it from the moment i opened it and hasnt refused it once and after a few months, he is a completely different dog and for the better.
Not just less itching.. NO itching. We are seeing lots of fur growth, pink skin and not red and inflamed. His personality has come out and he is finally a playful and most importantly, a very happy dog! (Not forgetting us very happy parents!)

I am new to Marleybones and have just finished my starter pack. My dog absolutely loves the food and with the amount she needs it’s easy to split over several days.
I have needed to speak to customer service to ask some questions but unfortunately they do not have a telephone line to accept incoming calls which was frustrating. However the email correspondence was excellent just a little time consuming.

Luna used to be extremely fussy at meal…
Luna used to be extremely fussy at meal times and would refuse her food. She also had skin allergies and ear infection which she would constantly itch. Since switching to marley bones luna is no longer fussy and looks forwards to her food and her coats shinier and she no longer has itchy skin or ear infection. We have a happy healthy luna since marley bones. The customer services for marley bones is amazing and they are extremely helpful. I definitely would recommend marley bones.

Marleybones is a hit at the moment...
Changed to Marleybones as my dog had completely gone off his previous food and as he won't eat anything resembling dog kibble, I wanted a food that was healthy, no unlisted ingredients, had a choice of flavours and was low in fat. Marleybones at the moment fits the bill as in my dog enjoys the food until he doesn't then I'm back to square one. For me the pros are it's good clean food, doesn't need to be frozen or chilled. The website is easy to manage and you receive rewards toward future orders plus freebies every so often. It is quite expensive and ordinarily I would buy half of what I do now and mix it with something else that's cheaper but I just can't be doing with all the faff. At the moment it's tolerable.

Luna loves it!
Our Cockapoo Luna has been on Marley Bones now for a few months and loves it. Always an empty bowl and excited for meal time. 4 flavours she’s loves them all and the snacks are also well enjoyed. Trips to the toilet have improved so much since we switched from Tesco puppy food (she was on these when she became part of the family so stuck with it for a couple of months but this wasn’t touching the sides and poops we’re awful).
We have the supplements as well to try once she hits 6 months in a few weeks.
Would love if more flavours were being thought of as well to add to already stacked menu :)

I have been emailing since i saw you took £58 out of my account. I would say in total 8 as no phone number anywhere.
All responses said will be back to me 48hours which as you can see did not allow me to cancel.
I did not agree to this.
My dog would not eat the tester...
Tester means tester not subscription !
I will be sending back for refund as I class this as bad customer service and almost fraudulent.
I'm retired so low income so taking this money out of my account will affect me greatly
Absolutely wrong ... and not to have a phone number to speak to someone is disgusting.

And on my Facebook page and everyone I know.
I have used butternut for years and are back with them and never had any issues.
Suggest you make it clear taking a tester means a subscription which is false selling ...

We replied to your emails the same morning we received them to organise a refund, but we completely understand if you didn’t receive them or if they ended up in your spam folder. As soon as we saw your concerns, we arranged for the parcel to be returned to us and processed a full refund for your order, so no further action was needed from you.
To clarify, we are primarily a subscription-based service, which is explained during sign-up and in our Terms & Conditions. We also send reminder emails three days before an order is processed, giving customers the opportunity to amend, move, or cancel their subscription if needed.
Whilst we don’t currently have an inbound telephone number, we aim to respond to and resolve all queries promptly via email.
We’re so sorry this caused you worry, Clare. We hope this resolution helps address your concerns, and we’d be happy to assist further if you have any other questions.

Healthy food
Have only been feeding my French bulldog Marleybones for a month now along side other cooked food. The consistency of the food is different to what she is used and she is not a fan of the Salmon dish or the Turkey. We are going to carry on trialing the food as ingredients and how it is cooked etc is a healthy option. Customer services great.
