We decided we wanted a ring created locally and I’m so glad we went with Mark! I sent him some photos via Facebook of rings I had liked online, he sourced some similar options and got them in straight away and we went to try them on! He was very knowledgable and helpful and in doing so, created the most beautiful engagement ring. The ring was a little too big from when I initially tried it on, but this was no issue whatsoever to resize, he kindly stayed open a little longer for us to get down after work! He made it smaller within a day to make sure we had it back ready for the weekend. It’s very clear Mark takes pride in his work and truly cares about his customers experience from initial contact, the creation of the ring itself and finally to the after care service he offers. Thanks so much and we’ll be back for the wedding bands when the time comes! 😊

Words can not describe the wonderful pendent mark designed for my dad’s ashes he combined my late mams engagement and wedding ring into the pendent. It’s something that I will treasure for the rest of my life and later my daughter will also have the privilege to wear it. Mark has made an incredible job of setting the stone on my engagement ring. He listened to all my crazy ideas and with his expertise and guidance I have the most beautiful ring. Well, what can we say, apart from WOW!

We wanted to have some input into our wedding ring designs, and Mark is the master when it comes to such things in quality jewellery work, he is after all a Master Goldsmith in Hartlepool.

He suggested ‘spinner rings’ where we could have a gold base ring with a twisted platinum ring free to move over it. We were very pleased when he offered for us to come into his shop and personalise our experience by letting us ‘beat’ the gold ring to give a texture and watch him start to twist the platinum - it was just the touch we wanted.

Because of the way me met - our love story was so amazing - we always called it ‘Crazy Beautiful Shit’.

Mark took Dirk’s handwriting of that phrase and his colleague created a laser engraved copy of his writing on the inside of both our wedding rings!

My husband wanted to buy me a piece of jewellery for our Ruby Wedding anniversary, and I didn't want something run of the mill. I had quite a bit of inherited gold jewellery - my mum's and grandma's wedding rings for example, and lots of bits and pieces that would simply languish in my jewellery box until I passed them on to my daughter in my will! I had been thinking about having a piece made for some time, using all these inherited bits and bobs, but lacked the artistic imagination and the practical knowledge of what was possible. So I found Mark and Michelle! After a long talk and a look at what I had and what I would like, ideas flowed and Michelle listened really properly to what I was saying - and I listened to what wasn't possible! Between us we put together an idea which grew and developed into the most amazing piece of totally unique jewellery, full of sentiment and meaning. A proper heirloom. The workmanship is amazing, and I've worn it to a few events and everyone has been knocked out how beautiful and meaningful it is. It's getting another outing next weekend at a wonderful family wedding. Oh yes - and it's got a lovely big ruby in it ;-)

I placed a small order recently. It arrived promptly and well packaged. The piece itself is high quality and exactly as advertised, the box it came with and the little chocolate in the package were just delightful touches. All in all, a flawless interaction.

Fantastic service from start to finish, told Mark i wanted a trilogy engagement ring and together we sorted band size, setting and diamonds. Was kept updated throughout the process and was absolutely delighted to receive my ring the other day. Love it, thank you Mark.

I took my wedding, engagement and eternity set into the shop as Ihad lost a couple of diamonds out of the shoulders they had been custom made many years ago. Mark advised that they where breaking away and fractured together with himself and Michelle we discussed redesign using my original diamonds. Well what can I say the end result absolutely Stunning .The service was exceptional, professional and very personal.
