I ordered a USA registered live studio account, he gave a Vietnam account, which nobody in the world can use. So 'Ngoc Thang Le' has STOLEN my money, and his tiktok account back, both.

His company is registered in Singapore, virtual office mailer address.

He has been reported to FBI Internet Crimes Division, Godaddy in Singapore who hosts his website, will be shut down soon for Fraud.

This leaves him stuck in Vietnam to keep stealing from people. He has threatened me in Discord and makes phone calls to my number from 20 or so different alias accounts, which is a Criminal Act.
