I would suggest not using this company for online orders. Their after sales service is atrocious . Takes hours to get through and then their customer services staff don’t seem to be empowered to track and deal with the logistics of the orders. They say they will contact the back office and send email updates but this never happened . They aren’t able to contact their back office departments sometimes to get updates .Caused me a lot of stress. I ended up cancelling . Lesson learnt

I have been trying to get in contact with mapping and Webb for the past week or so I, bought a watch online and was told I would get an E gift card which I have not received. I was sent an email over a month ago saying I would receive it within 28 days since then there has been no contact every time I try and email or join the online chat. There is no response. It seems to me like once you buy something from them, they don’t want to know anything else about any issues or respond to any emails.
I am very surprised that the reviews are not worse on here.

I had a lovely time at Mappin and Webb Cambridge this week. The staff were super friendly and Kieran is so cute! I will be coming back to see him, a lot.
I could not be more happier, and appreciative with the expierience provided to me by the Regent's Place store. The staff were incredibly helpful, patient and also knowledgeable, taking time to understand my needs and assist me in purchasing the right gift.
Had 5 watches ROLEX on order from this shop at Bluewater
1 come in after about a year. Went over paid and collected it brilliant service
Popped in the again today to ask what’s happening with the other 4 to find out they only have 1 on order
The order for all five were put in early 2023 and we have popped in over the last couple of year to say hello and any update. Today to be told they can’t find the orders for 2 on order. Said they will place the order again. Very very disappointed would never trust these again.
went for my first meeting today with Bryan at the Manchester Store on St Ann Street to discuss registering an interest for a Rolex.
Have a great experience, all the staff were very friendly and Bryan was very knowledgable on the 2 models we discussed. Would highly recommend .

Purchased a pre owned watch online, they took payment and I got a confirmation email. Called 2 days later as no correspondence, told it would be there next day. Still no watch another 2 days later only to be told they had sold it to someone else and basically tuff! Then took a whole week to refund the money. Don’t waste your time dealing with these clowns

I took am Omega watch for repair to Mappin & Webb Kingston-upon-Thames. It had to be sent off to Longines Omega, who took an awfully long time to repair it, over eight months, repeatedly ordering a watch-case from Switzerland, which repeatedly turned out to be the wrong one. Becky Slough of the Kinston branch did an excellent job of chasing them and keeping me in the picture. She also negotiated a reduction in the repair fee. I was glad to have such a person as Becky on my side and it made me glad I had not taken it to another retailer.

I placed an order for a product that was in stock with next day delivery. It did not turn up.
I tried online chat and was #1 in the queue for ages, so I phoned and was advised to try the chat (which was not working). I remained #1 in phone queue for 10 minutes until it hung up on me. I emailed customer services, and got an automated response and they would respond to me within 5 days. Eventually I got through to someone on WhatsApp who explained they had delayed the order due to quality issues without informing me. I ordered this as a gift, it will not be here in time for the occasion so I have cancelled. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Note, 1 star reviews for this company now at 10%. I expected better, AVOID.
