Took an awfully long time with my…
Took an awfully long time with my mortgage application. Didn't update me much until I chased by email and phone. Unfortunately they got strung along by the mortgage provider, the same as me. If I don't get another mortgage now (fingers crossed) within the next week or so, then I will lose my dream home.
Not Manor Mortgages' fault but why did it take so long for them to communicate with Vida and then with me?
Also it takes a while to be able to get hold of anyone at Manor Mortgages and when I have queries, sometimes it takes them days to get back to me by email and then I have to ring for a response.

I recently had the pleasure of working with James Greyson from Manor Mortgage for my home loan. I could not have been more impressed by his professionalism, knowledge and commitment to getting me exactly what I needed.
James was very thorough in explaining all of my options and making sure that I understood every step along the way. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns that came up during the process, which really put me at ease throughout it all. His dedication to providing an excellent customer service experience is second-to-none; he even took extra time out of his day just so we could go over some details together one final time before closing on our loan!
Overall, Manor Mortgage is a fantastic company with outstanding services provided by their experienced professionals like James Greyson who are committed to helping you get your dream home without any hassle or stress involved in the process!
