I contacted Manor Estate to rent my flat and within few days they found me a tenant. I also had work that needed by done in the flat before renting and they found someone for me at reasonable price. They kept me updated at all times. Manor estate charge the lowest price compared to other estate agent fees. Other estate agent were charging me nearly the double amount to what Manor estate charge. Great 5 star service and I would definitely recommend Manor estate to anyone looking to sell or rent.

As a private landlord who doesn’t actively keep up with all the local practical knowledge, I required advice for a property inspection. Khan received my call and answered some of the queries/concerns that I had. He did this despite not actually being my agent and didn’t charge me either (30 minute phone call!). I have been in the property industry for the past few years now and came across Manor Estate Agents when I was looking to buy an additional property to add to my portfolio.

I then retained Manor Estate Agents to manage the property and this has proved to be a wise business decision! The prices are ridiculously competitive and the level of service is outstanding.

Keeping in mind that I am very demanding, Manor Estate Agents are proactive, they deal with issues without disturbing you, they are cost efficient and most importantly communicative and always available to assist (at all hours of the day or week)!

It is incredibly rare and difficult to find all of the above traits from an estate agent and I cannot recommend them enough.
