Quite pleased with product in general…
Quite pleased with product in general however I do have one small issue and that is with the pole that connects to the glass base. The glass cracks and splinters when tightening the pole to it. A simple remedy would be a rubber ring or washer that prevents this.
Otherwise great product.

Excellent product
Excellent product - very well made, very robust thankfully as, my only criticism is that, this had no packing in the box to stabilise the pieces and all 3 pieces were just floating around in the box.

Good value for money
Good value for money. Promptly dispatched and delivered quickly despite mix up. Only issue I had was that another company name featured on the Parcelforce details, so when there was a mix up in the delivery, I didnt know which of my orders was being delivered. Fortunately was quickly resolved but it would be helpful if it was the same company name from beginning to end.

ORDER STILL PENDING?! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered an item over a week ago now, and STILL the order is “Pending”! I have called customer services most days to no avail, and emailed as well with NO RESPONSE.
Despite all the positive reviews below, I would AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
If this issue gets rectified soon, I will amend this review, but until then, I stand by AVOID!!

Good delivery & items, but not the best customer service
Delivery was very fast and the items were great, but I didn't receive a confirmation email when I ordered, which I needed for my company's accounts records by the end of the day.
But after several phone calls asking if they could just resend the confirmation email, I was continually told that wasn't possible (which I don't understand?) in an unhelpful tone, and once was even hung up on when put on hold.
